Auch mit sprachlichen Hindernisse haben wir das bekommen was wir gern wollten. Es war eine Speck und Käseplatte mit Delikatessen und eine Erläuterung gab es auch dazu. Alles einheimische Produkte und für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Wir haben sogar noch ein leckeres Eis bekommen. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und auch der Koch hat sich erkundigt ob alles nach unserer Zufriedenheit ist. ( was er bestimmt nicht in der Hauptsaison kann, denn dann hat er einiges in der Küche zu schaffen). Die Hütte ist klein, aber Mann kann je nach Saison draußen, drinnen und im Pavillon sitzen. Wir können es aus guten Herzen empfehlen und wünschen dem Personal alles alles gute. Bis bald mal wieder.

Piccolo ristorante affacciato sul lago di Lod. Bella la posizione, offre tavoli con vista lago. La polenta concia era pessima: la polenta senza gusto e collosa, e concia non si può proprio dire! Peccato che i prezzi sono alti!

01/04/2025: Enchanting place reached in winter with a short walk in the snow. Interior of the restaurant with attention to every detail. Courteous staff and excellent food!
21/03/2025: Stone, wood and a fireplace in the center make the atmosphere warm and comfortable. The Blue d'Aosta dumplings are excellent and deserve an extra mention. Overall good cuisine. Wide choice of craft beers that I like, but... there was no wine list, and here the choice is limited to those on display, without the price being indicated. The Pinot Noir chosen is from an excellent Introd winery, but frankly the price, of the wine in particular, seemed a little high. But frankly, having a beer meal with local cuisine is not exactly appropriate 😏

Ristorante Hotel Baita Cretaz

21/04/2025: Esperienza rustica e piacevole questo pranzo in famiglia in una giornata nevosa che sconsigliava di sciare. Così dopo una passeggiata in salita di una decina di minuti su sentiero innevato siamo stati accolti (previa prenotazione) dalla baita Cretaz. Per i piatti abbiamo trovato interessanti sia la focaccia calda che la raclette fusa in un caldo tegamino. Come primi saporiti i ravioli al ragù di cervo e delicati gli gnocchi con la fonduta e la nocetta. Buoni anche lo strudel e molto gustoso il millefoglie scomposto. Il giovane personale di sala, coordinato dalla gestione, molto cortese ma con qualche ingenuità. Comunque un’ottima soluzione anche per un pranzo provenienti dalle adiacenti piste da sci.
25/02/2025: Gute Küche auf der Piste. Doch leider ist der Service nicht gerade den, den man sich in Itlaien gewohnt ist. Wir warteten ca. 50 Minuten auf das bestelle Essen und als ich an die Theke ging um es zu melden, wollte man gleich den Kassenzettel sehen und man zweifelte, dass wir nicht schon gegessen hatten. Das war wirklich alles Andere als Service und eine Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen war fehl am Platz. Sehr schade, denn das Essen war gut, doch wir gingen nicht wieder hin, da man genügen Alternativen hat, wo man als Gast willkommen ist.
