Today together with my family after being at the Kingdom of Santa Claus we went for lunch at the Da Benedetta Restaurant we had a great time excellent all food service and environment I highly recommend it I add some photos thanks for the hospitality

Reading the reviews to find a restaurant, we found this place; the reviews said the food and hospitality were wonderful. We went in and they took us to the table, the toilet was dirty, the bruschetta was decent with good oil, the fettuccine with mushrooms was FULL of spicy (cheese wasn't brought), the sparkling water was hot because it ran out We didn't get the second one and the potatoes were decent.

Very pleasant culinary experience. Nice place to eat typical dishes. Delicious homemade pasta at really super prices! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended

Presenting yourself as a pilgrim on the Via Francigena and being treated like a regular customer is the height of professionalism, courtesy and kindness. They served us great dishes. A place that if you pass by Vetralla Roma, it's worth stopping by.

Here is my experience at the Da Benedetta restaurant in Vetralla. Together with my grandmother, we started with the Antipasto della Nonna Benedetta, a generous platter that allowed us to taste a variety of cured meats, cold cuts and cheeses typical of the area. Each bite was a discovery of authentic and genuine flavours, perfect for whetting the appetite. As a first course, I chose the Ravioli with Ciauscolo. The fresh, homemade pasta contained a tasty ciauscolo filling that melted in your mouth. My grandmother opted for the hand-rolled fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, a simple but exceptional dish, where the freshness of the mushrooms was enhanced by a perfect seasoning. To end on a high note, I enjoyed a berry cheesecake: a real delight! The cake was soft and creamy, with a crunchy base that perfectly balanced the freshness of the berries. The impeccable service, with friendly and attentive staff, made lunch even more pleasant. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere of the Da Benedetta Restaurant made us feel at home. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to savor exquisite dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients in a welcoming and familiar environment. I can't wait to return to explore more of their excellent menu!

We were made to feel welcome even as we made a reservation. Our waitress Ramona was joyful and very patient to explain everything that was on the shortened menu on a Tuesday. The food was wonderful and tasted homemade. And Ramona promised to have my favorite parmigiana di melanzane next time! I just need to call ahead!
