I've only eaten here once, passing by, asking locals, and I have to say I had a good time...

I'd been there before and had a good impression, so I went back, and the good impression was confirmed: excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices. I recommend it.

The appetizer and first courses were very good, but it was a shame about the grilled chicken, which was given to us raw and then sent back, only the cooked leg bone was brought back, without the meat. Burnt arrosticini... The tiramisu was delicious.

An absolutely positive experience...traditional Tuscia cuisine with top-quality ingredients, divinely prepared by the very friendly and welcoming chef. We'll see you again for another wonderful culinary experience.

Blessed be the cuisine at "Benedetta," for all those seeking authentic food (excellent olive oil and excellent fresh, seasonal ingredients) and ancient, local flavors that are part of tradition, all served in a welcoming, hospitable, and relaxing atmosphere.

We arrived at the restaurant at noon, and Enrico welcomed us with a big smile. We wanted a light meal, so we only ordered pasta for each, carbonara and caccia a pepe. Both dishes were exceptional, handmade pasta and perfect sauces. We decided to return for dinner. We took half a bottle of wine and sparkling water. For starters, we ordered mushroom crostini, which was perfect, and a fried mushroom dish that was delicious. For mains, we ordered a perfect beef stew and a special pasta dish stuffed with four cheeses and a pear, some of the best we ate in Italy. In the evening, Enrico also accompanied the meal and recommended the dishes. We highly recommend a pleasant place, good service, and amazing food. The price was also very reasonable, €65 for the two of us.

Good food but be careful of hours. It opens only sporadically and not necessarily in accordance with it's own posted hours.
