Nice place, pizza dough not the best... warm heart with a 30g scoop of vanilla tossed 7 euros a bit exaggerated in my opinion.

Very fine dining. Chef was amazing with his skills and what he produced; very classy in terms of the food. BEST cannoli I've tasted in Sicily so far; it was something else. Very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing too! I heard they are hoping to have guests come stay soon too. Get around it.

Possibly the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I have pretty severe food allergies to ingredients that are really common in Sicilian cooking. I’ve never been as welcomed and well accommodated as I was by Chef Antonio, who came out personally to check in with me about all my allergies and also to ask what I enjoyed eating. I was treated to an incredible four course meal, the best parmigiana I had on the island, and the best pork tenderloin I had ever had. I felt completely safe, which is rare for any restaurant experience, let alone one while traveling. I cannot speak highly enough of Chef Antonio and his staff. Their ingredients were all fresh and grown on Etna and it showed. The food was carefully and artfully prepared. And it was really special to feel as included as I did eating Chef Antonio’s food. If you’re in Sicily, I would say it is well worth going up an active volcano for Chef Antonio.

The location is suggestive, the terrace is definitely a plus. The experience could have been qualitatively superior but unfortunately the quality of the raw materials was not enhanced due to the lack of salt in the dishes, in particular fried foods and first courses.
It's not pleasant to eat a plate of tasteless pasta for €30.
At the end of lunch we realized that there had been a mix-up regarding the orders, it can happen even if the waitress could have been clearer. What I didn't like at all was the attitude of the lady at the checkout who dealt with the mix-up with a hasty "I don't know what to do about it".
Maybe just a bad day.

A fantastic experience. Exceptional flavours, innovative preparations of traditional dishes. If you pass by here, you absolutely must try it!
The price is more than honest. Anyone who complains because "the bitters are not offered" will understand very well that nothing is given for free: if they don't clearly charge for it, the cost is included in other costs. Here everything has an honest and correct price. In the end, the bill was less than we expected. We ate a lot and very well (with "encore" offers offered to us as well as to the other tables) and paid 76 euros for two, including the bitters not offered. Price more than correct for food of a quality that is decidedly above average.

On April 24, we were a group of 10 people for dinner in this beautiful location in a former wine press.
Service was very friendly but a bit overwhelmed with group support.
Unfortunately, some orders were forgotten.
Clear menu with around 5 starters and main courses each. About 10 pages of (excellent) wines.
Quality of the ingredients used is very good but not everything tastes convincing.
The pizza (Quadro Formaggi) for €7 was extremely cheap but very dry.
The “BOTTONI DI PASTA FRESCA ALLA NORMA” (18€) were good but a bit cold and there wasn’t enough on the plate for the price.
The “CONTROFILETTO” (25€) was unfortunately tough. The “PATATINE” (French fries) for €5 were only moderately warm and not crispy.
Summary: If you want to be full, you have to order at least one starter and one main course, and more likely a cold and a warm starter. With water and wine (1/4) you can quickly spend over €100. However, it's not worth another visit for me.
But I can highly recommend the “CALABRETTA Vigne Vecchie 2015 Triple “A” IGT Nerello Mascalese 100% zona di produzione Randazzo” for €35/bottle

Non scrivo mai recensioni ottime perché essendo intollerante non trovo mai varietà o pecca qualcosa, invece belli i giardini fuori, maestoso il locale dentro, cibo che si fa mangiare con gli occhi e poi con la bocca resti estasiata, gusti DOP materie prime il top, dal salato al dolce che dire, perfino la musica era giusta, lo consiglio a tutti un esperienza che sicuramente vi soddisfa e poi lo chef che con grande umiltà viene a parlare in sala coi commensali a me mi ha conquistata.👌🔝
