From the welcome, to the venue, to the food, everything was very nice and "seasoned" with an excellent human and professional relationship. The location is breathtaking and the food is excellent from preparation to presentation.

I give 4 stars overall because I found a pizza that was average in terms of processing and choice of ingredients. I believe it was cooked in an electric oven. Instead, I'm sure I can find an excellent à la carte menu with a presentation worthy of the splendid place it is in. I found an intimate and unique location inside an old millstone. I appreciated it very much.

Ottimo ristorante tra vigneti e valli dell’Etna. Posto molto curato, servizio gentile e professionale. I piatti erano davvero molto buoni, sia primi che secondi. Ottima la selezione di vini. Davvero consigliato se volete passare una pranzo o cena in un posto immerso nella natura e con del cibo e vino di qualità, tornerò sicuramente.

We have had lunch here twice already in a week. Antonio the owner and Chef (with his young son working as sous chef) does a fantastic job in using high quality, seasonal ingredients from Etna (including the freshest of Porcini!), and several Slow Food Presidiums, including the pork from Nebrodi (Nero di Nebrodi) and pistachios from Bronte. His cuisine is a modern, elegant celebration of the local cuisine, with some twists and interesting new ideas, but he never loses the soul and essence of Sicily and his immediate volcanic surroundings - this is NOT a place for foams and other contemporary nonsense. He produces his own organic wine and he was the kindest of hosts, and am very grateful to him.
The surroundings are beautiful, in front of his vineyard, and the interiors “rustic modern”, combining absolutely spotless interiors with old wine presses and barrels.
I cannot recommend more.

Excellent experience, food is as great as it could be, fresh, authentic and delicious. Service is also top class, with free welcome Prosecco, compliments from the chef etc. highly recommended 👍
