16/02/2026: The waiters are VERY friendly and extremely knowledgeable, especially the guys assigned upstairs and the cashier. The food is truly good, you can taste the quality, and the portions are generous. I had a pizza and an entrecote. The pizza was delicious, not too heavy (a sign of proper leavening) and well-seasoned, while the entrecote was cooked to perfection, with a mix of spices that enhanced its flavor.
I'll be back for the service and the food.
08/02/2026: I visited Miseria e Nobiltà in Mascalucia, intrigued by the many positive reviews, especially regarding the welcoming atmosphere and the quality of the pizzas. However, I decided to try the food, choosing the mixed grill and meatballs.
The meatballs were the real highlight: truly delicious, well-seasoned, and accompanied by an excellent sauce that made them even more flavorful. A dish I would definitely order again.
The mixed grill, on the other hand, didn't entirely convince me: the slice was very thin and rather small, the meatball average, while I appreciated the roulade, well-made and flavorful. The red cabbage with meatballs could also have been better prepared.
The salad served as a side dish with the grill didn't impress me; it seemed like a standard fresh-cut salad, something you'd expect to be presented with more attention in a restaurant.
Overall, it was a decent experience, with some good dishes and others that could be improved. I'll probably come back to try the pizza, which seems to be one of the restaurant's strong points, hoping to update the review.
The service and helpful wait staff were excellent.
