At first in doubt given the reviews, in the end we tried, kind staff, good food! Child liked it, us too!! Views beautiful!!!

After a day at the beach, tired from the journey and waiting for the sunset, we decide to stop at the street food of this restaurant. Two industrial arancini, a fior di latte not buffalo paid per kg 32 €, (250 gr 8 €) but the thing that left us speechless were the two plastic glasses of prosecco paid 8 € each. I understand that we are in Ponza .... but it all seems excessive to me. You make the conclusions

Lunch on festival day. The island was packed with people but service was pleasant and attentive despite a full house.

But the real love at first sight? The spaghettoni with red shrimp and truffle: a new creation by the chef that to call “amazing” is an understatement. A dish that enchants with its aroma, taste and refinement, an ode to creativity, in which land and sea dance in perfect harmony. Il Rifugio dei Naviganti is not just a restaurant: it is an experience, an emotion, a caress for the senses. We had dinner in this restaurant by the sea, a truly suggestive location and we were welcomed by Giovanna, an exquisitely kind, polite and friendly person! She followed us throughout the service, recommending some really tasty dishes! First courses truly mouth-watering. Very good value for money. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back, like in this wonderful island❤️
