Portati qui da un collega che ci ha spiegato e fatto provare i Panigacci.
Davvero ottimi quelli secchi, specialmente con il “chiodo”.
Prezzo onestissimo per una cucina semplice ma dal sapore autentico in un locale giovane e moderno.

Having left Aulla after landing in Livorno we wanted Panigacci, I know that there are various restaurants in Podenzana, I was intrigued by WoW Panigacci. The welcome was truly family-like, since we also have the dog, we ate inside the restaurant and I was given a bowl of water for the furry one. Ordered platter of mixed cold cuts x 2 stracchino and Gorgonzola and a small slice of Lardo di Colonnate and Panigacci a GoGo Water Glass of Wine and Beer Nutella Finale and Coffee, this was served with the beautiful Noka Final cost €55 for what we ate and the quality of the food more than justified the recommendation.

Welcoming place and kind and professional staff, we ate really well.
The possibility of enjoying panigacci at will made us truly appreciate the possible combinations, all excellent.
The coffee in the moka was much appreciated.

This informal restaurant focuses entirely on the typical local product of panigacci: first courses of panigacci with mushrooms, oil and parmesan or pesto; second course with panigacci and cold cuts or cheeses with a choice of vegetable side dishes; typical desserts of your choice. The environment is informal, rustic, clean, the service is fast. The kitchen is artisanal with only electric cooking because the managers have made an ecological choice by giving up wood fuel. Fun fact: coffee is made with a mocha and you can drink the entire pot of coffee! Prices are quite cheap. The second courses with panigacci are especially recommended!
