This informal restaurant focuses entirely on the typical local product of panigacci: first courses of panigacci with mushrooms, oil and parmesan or pesto; second course with panigacci and cold cuts or cheeses with a choice of vegetable side dishes; typical desserts of your choice. The environment is informal, rustic, clean, the service is fast. The kitchen is artisanal with only electric cooking because the managers have made an ecological choice by giving up wood fuel. Fun fact: coffee is made with a mocha and you can drink the entire pot of coffee! Prices are quite cheap. The second courses with panigacci are especially recommended!

Clean environment, excellent quality of food, delicious panigacci and cured meats, good decor! Prices not exactly cheap especially the desserts (very little choice) 7 euros x 3 apple fritters served in a huge bowl exaggerated!!!!! For the rest promoted.

I panigacci sono ottimi, sia quelli bolliti e conditi che quelli secchi, più leggeri dei classici panigacci di Podenzana. I salumi sono buonissimi. I panigacci vengono serviti a volontà, in modo da essere sempre caldi.
Forse un po' alti i prezzi.
La chicca finale è il caffè, servito con la moka.

Purtroppo non ho fatto foto e non so dire quanto si spende perché mi hanno offerto la cena e non avevo il telefono per fare foto. In ogni caso posso dire che, pur non essendo rispettata la tradizione del panigaccio che prevede la preparazione ed il dosaggio a mano e la cottura nel camino a legna, i panigacci sono buoni, i salumi ed i formaggi pure. Non posso aggiungere altro.

it could have gone better, I called to ask if there was room and I asked the second question, if he had gluten free panigacci, with sauces and cold cuts. at the restaurant I was told when ordering that the gluten free ones couldn't be made at the moment because they took more time and the kitchen was in turmoil with so much to do. It's a shame that for me and my wife it was a right to have them like for others to eat them with gluten. I had to give up the main reason why I went to the restaurant. we then ordered a grilled vegetable and a plate arrived with four pieces of number vegetables on top of a bed of salad. then having pointed this out, we were given a further portion, better than the previous one. summary: two portions of panigacci with sauces, two gluten free portions with cold cuts, two portions with gluten and a single medium platter of cold cuts, one grilled vegetable and two bottles of water. total 79 euros.
