Visited today, on Carbonara Day. Tried the calamari carbonara, unusual but tasty. First course: clams and bottarga, good. But the grilled squid and prawns are truly delicious. Unfortunately, they missed the target. I'm updating the review; new place in Chiaravalle, fewer seats, smaller menu, but the quality of the food and the friendliness are still the same. Maybe even better.

A place with splendid food, excellent quality, a very high quality cellar and refined champagne if you want, but the house wine is of great quality... a delight for the palate and Berardi, besides being welcoming, is an attentive connoisseur, above all he works with fresh and local products... the fish is superb.

06/01/2026: Really good food. The venue and service could be improved, but given the very modest prices, I'd say everything is very reasonable for the place. I go there very often, both to eat in and to get takeout. Perhaps for my tastes, the food deserves more than 4 stars; the fried, grilled, and skewered dishes are exceptional.
30/12/2025: Ciavattoni and stockfish are a must-try!

Ristorante la Taverna di Bartolo

08/01/2026: I've been to this tavern in Sassoferrato: the food is excellent, the dishes are tasty and carefully prepared: Cresc-tajat made with Rocca Contrada Ottofile corn (without sausage), lasagnette, tiramisu, and pistachio semifreddo. The atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. A positive experience.
08/12/2025: Almost by chance, I had lunch at La Taverna di Bartolo. Top cuisine, excellent service, and very reasonable prices. Special mention: Paccheri alla vera Carbonara. Extraordinary! I'm often in Rome for work and have never tasted anything like it. Congratulations!
