“Corso Stretto” was a truly pleasant discovery: a small but meticulously crafted restaurant with just a few tables, so reservations are recommended. The menu is refined, innovative without compromising on tradition, and the dishes are always beautifully presented. We tried: artisanal rigatoni with ricotta, sausage, and truffle: excellent. The gnocchi with pumpkin, porcini mushrooms, and stracciatella were also very good. The suckling pig with truffles and chicory was equally impressive. To finish, the gianduia fondant—original and delicious—and a lemon tartlet, beautiful to look at and delicious. The prices are fair, especially considering the central location.

A treat for everyone, even those of us with celiac disease. Top-quality dishes. Almost everything is gluten-free. Excellent service, very kind staff. The only flaw? The smell of fried food on your clothes, but for everything else, 10 out of 10! I will definitely be back, and I'll be happy to.

Excellent food, naturally quality ingredients! Very good service! The desserts aren't up to par with the appetizers, first courses, and second courses! They need improvement to be impeccable!

This place was recommended to us, rightly so, by locals during a social event, and I think I'll never tire of thanking them. We had a perfect dinner; everything we ordered was completely satisfying. The highlight was the friendly wait staff, always ready to accommodate any request, and the wine selection was excellent. It's easy to get to, as it's located on the narrow part of the main street near the luminous fountain. My heartfelt compliments to the entire staff.

A beautiful and relaxing place, the waiters are incredibly kind, polite, and professional, and the food deserves top marks. I'll definitely be back. However, some of the negative comments are truly disgusting.
