I found this Korean restaurant while traveling in Italy, tired of Western food. The kimchi pancake was delicious. The kimchi stew was also delicious. The owner was friendly. Overall, it was great.

Life changing food. Service was prompt and food was immaculate. Have dined at many Korean restaurants before, this is really one of the best. Very clean place (including the bathroom), cozy lighting and great view of the kitchen. Food is cooked by an ahjuma and is assisted by her husband. They are a lovely Korean family that serves authentic dishes and so happy that we chanced upon this place while exploring Florence. A must try, especially if you have cravings!

We really liked the food. The staff were hospitable. Just note that if you want the chicken soup, it has to be pre-ordered one day in advance. Also note that portions are smaller than in the US and that, outside of a few side dishes, you have to order and pay for more. We were ok with doing that because the quality of food was very good. We enjoyed the soondubu and ddukbeokki. We would easily come back here again - it was the first, if not only, Korean restaurant that we found in Rome and Florence. I’m glad to have found it and that it was open!

오늘이 이 식당에 갔어요 그리고 저기기 먹었어요. 비빔밥이 매우 좋아해요. 😍 The experience was definitely positive in every way: the place was beautiful and clean, the food was delicious (I tried bibimbab for the first time, which I loved). During my time there, I felt completely at home in Korea, especially because, based on my recent study, I tried to speak only in Korean with the waiter and the other people. I think I'll go back, especially because I'd like to try the white kimchi and sweet potato noodles. ❤️

It's my 7th day of Europe, and I'm craving Korean food so much that I went to Open Run as soon as I arrived in Florence! I'm so happy I could stay for 5 more days. Thank you!! LOL

Fantastic food and for a good price.

It's really delicious. I've been feeling a bit queasy since coming to Italy. Even eating ramen didn't help. But eating doenjang jjigae seems to have solved everything. It's a Korean dish enjoyed not only by Koreans but also by foreigners. I hope it becomes even more popular.
