Ristorante Coreano Goong In Firenze

After my trip to Milan, I arrived in Florence and found a Korean restaurant called ‘Gung’, which was like an oasis in the desert for me! The soybean paste stew, pork ribs, tteokbokki, and bibimbap were all neat and delicious. I was so busy eating that I didn’t even take pictures. Haha. The atmosphere of the place and the spacing between tables were comfortable and the owner was very kind. I want to come back again!!

We love Korean food and in all our travels we always look for a Korean restaurant. We wanted to try Goong and we left super satisfied. The place is beautiful, the owner is very kind and always smiling. Well cooked dishes, excellent kimchi, delicious vegetable and kimchi pancakes. Fried chicken with spectacular sauce, rating 10. I ate doenjang jjigae, pork belly, squid, and ramen before I left. They were all delicious. The doenjang was especially the best ❤️ The owner was really kind, and the staff were too~~~! Thank you!

Friendly owner and fast and delicious food

I saw a review saying it was run by a Korean couple, so I didn't look at the rest of the place carefully. As a result... I just want to say don't come. First of all, the portion is small, the price is expensive, and the cost performance is low. Secondly, it's really not delicious. For example, there is no soybean paste soup, oysters, or pork ingredients. You may really eat soybean paste + soup! Don't want to say more, anyway, don't come~

Wow, it's really delicious. I recommend the pork belly + kimchi stew combination. It's like the pork belly you get at a meat restaurant. I almost called the owner dad... I felt in France that it doesn't taste like Korea just because it's a Korean restaurant, but this place is really more delicious than the kimchi stew at Incheon Airport. I recommend it... We ate this and ordered one more soju with green onion chicken....
