This is the best Korean restaurant in Florence! The owner is so kind! He even gave my child snacks because he was eating well. We stopped by when we were feeling tired from traveling, and we had a wonderful meal! You should definitely visit.

When I was feeling like I couldn't stand Italian food, I stumbled upon Gung Restaurant on the street. I ordered soft tofu stew, kimchi stew, tteokbokki, and stir-fried pork, and almost ate the bowl. It was so delicious. If I ever go to Florence again, I'll definitely go there.

We went to this restaurant for my daughter's birthday, as she wanted to try Korean cuisine. We found the atmosphere relaxing and the food delicious. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We left feeling very satisfied with the experience and plan to return as soon as possible.

After a week of our honeymoon, my husband and I moved from Paris to Florence and had to eat Korean food. I highly recommend the stir-fried pork and kimchi stew. Even my wife, who can barely eat a third of a bowl of rice, ate more than two-thirds. It was so delicious that I wanted to take some marinated chicken home, but I was disappointed they said no.

A welcoming and intimate place, extremely kind and helpful staff, excellent food from appetizers to truly exceptional bibimbap. Affordable prices, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended ❤️

In Italy, needing some home style cooking, this is the spot. Felt like I was back at home. Had the kimchi Jeon (crispy and flaky), tofu soup (flavorful), pork belly (rich and filling) and tteokbokki (perfectly chewy and spicy). All delicious!! Came with a perfectly portioned side of banchan. They even had Chamisul Soju! Will definitely come back when I’m Florence.

I ordered soybean paste stew and stir-fried pork, and the side dishes were the best! Eating Korean food gives me energy^^ I feel like I'll live after eating the soup~ I'm really satisfied!! It's delicious~ Thank you~

FAKE Food Art Kitchen Experience

17/07/2025: Excellent and generous aperitif. Highly recommended.
10/07/2025: This year, they're offering a "Summer Special: Aperitif and Spritz for €15"—you can see the platter in the photo; it's huge and packed with delicious treats! MUST TRY! It's billed as a "cocktail bar," and it truly is... very unique cocktails, very good, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. We had an aperitif, which was delicious. I recommend the meatballs and the beef cheesecake (it's a tartare). The place was so cute we couldn't leave; when we left, we bought some coasters; they were really cute. Highly recommended, especially for an aperitif with friends. P.S.: They also offer gluten-free food (which is no small detail).

07/06/2025: Amazing and authentic Pho. The soup and broth was so good. Recommend the beef pho and the chicken pho if you don't eat beef. The staff was super nice.
