04/01/2026: Excellent self-service and à la carte restaurant, quality and courtesy
25/12/2025: A wonderful experience, a historic business, the owner told us the business is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.
I've been there for both lunch and dinner, and I can say they're two different worlds, yet they share the same soul: a family-friendly, well-maintained atmosphere, with attention to the origin and quality of the products. Lunch is offered as a buffet at a very reasonable price, expressly prepared and packed with dishes: first courses are continuously baked, second courses, and side dishes are bought fresh daily at the local fruit and vegetable market, which brings together all the produce from local producers.
For dinner, a very elegant candlelit setting with flowers on the tables, traditional cuisine, a platter with good cheeses and cured meats from local producers, soups, grilled meats, braised beef, guinea fowl cacciatore, rabbit cacciatore, chicory and beans, tripe, snails, and many other traditional dishes. The wine selection is very extensive, with a careful selection of small producers, offering excellent value for money.
Run by a family with a long history in the area, they welcomed us and made us feel at home, serving us with care and elegance... a wonderful experience...
