Ristorante Colombari In Sassofeltrio

I went to this restaurant with my family and I had a great time. The owner was very kind and stopped several times to ask us how things were going and to have a chat with my daughter. The real plus is that every food is their own production, from bread to cold cuts, from pasta to vegetables. Honest price and excellent food. A place suitable for those who look more at substance than form. The owner welcomed us with great kindness at lunch even though (given the heat and the time) we were practically the only customers. I ate gnocchi with courgette pesto, tagliatelle with ragù, ham and melon and mixed cold cuts with cheese. All delicious. If you like to eat well, come here without paying too much attention to the reviews of those who didn't appreciate it. If I were to find myself in the area again I will definitely come back here. We came again today to eat at Colombari because here we find the genuineness of the country inn, the homemade pasta and bread, the vegetables from the garden only in season, the free-range chicken that scratches in the yard. Here you can breathe the true country atmosphere. That's why we love coming here.
