Today I went to lunch at this restaurant with my brother and it was a wonderful discovery. We ate divinely: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and truly wow-inducing flavors. The price is fair and absolutely right for what's on offer. The owners are a huge added bonus: family-run, extremely kind, cheerful, and attentive to their guests' needs. They truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

A "new star" in Bonassola. The new team serves truly fantastic food. Attentive service and a pleasant dining room complete the experience. We'll be back.

This restaurant is the finest example I've encountered so far of why Italian cuisine is what UNESCO says: "Italian cuisine [...] as a way of caring for oneself and others, expressing love and rediscovering one's cultural roots. It gives communities an outlet to share their history and describe the world around them. It also helps safeguard specific cultural expressions, such as language and gestures." The Italian and Moroccan chef – Yūsuf (يوسف) – during the high season, which lasts a very long time in this earthly paradise, offers on the menu both perfectly executed Ligurian dishes and his own Ligurian-Moroccan creations, which it would be misleading to call "fusion." This restaurant makes me proud to be Italian.

06/10/2025: Highly recommended... Sandwich with anchovies, escarole, burrata, Taggiasca olives... EVERYTHING VERY FRESH and made to order. Sandwich with eggplant, burrata, etc... DELICIOUS. The owners are very kind and helpful. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
13/06/2025: Our first evening in La Spezia and our first dinner there, which we certainly don't regret. Refined gourmet cuisine, with the flavor and freshness of the seafood all present. One small drawback: the portions are small. I highly recommend it to seafood lovers. The eggplant gratin with sardines and tomatoes was wonderful, the vegetable tagliatelle with seafood was delicious, and above all, the seafood salad is an absolute must-try!
