One thing I barely tolerate is that they take the cutlery from the plate and put it on the tablecloth despite soy, chilli and other condiments (a few months ago it also happened with the plates, despite the residues of the previous dish) and that they get annoyed if the customer takes them puts it on the plate. I'm sorry, but I take some points away from the previous evaluation. 2022 version (5 stars) Cozy and clean place in the historic center of Velletri. The food, which is excellent, is largely prepared by hand (there are few frozen products). Finally, the pearl of the place are the managers, always present and ready to welcome every customer with a smile on their faces, taking care of them with discretion for the entire duration of the meal.
