To eat Chinese, I had to go down from Vilminore, being there on holiday, to Boario, to enter the province of Brescia, and precisely to Piamborno, and the closest restaurant I found. I went there for the first time, and I discovered that it is one of the few Chinese restaurants that have remained "classic" (of those I know) without adapting to the preparation of Japanese dishes such as sushi, or other Thai dishes, etc. It has remained purely a Traditional Chinese Restaurant, and this makes me happy, it has not lost its naturalness and is a good thing for those who love Chinese cuisine. We ordered various dishes, from classic spring rolls, to steamed ravioli, and fish dishes, all excellent. Then we moved on to the first courses: Cantonese risotto, spicy risotto, beef spaghetti, cooked to perfection, perhaps a little dry in the seasoning, but good, then on to the second courses: spicy chicken with peppers, grilled prawns, spicy prawn skewers, prawns in foil, and some tasty ribs (as it was written on the menu), a little thin on meat and too much bone. There are some things that could be fixed, but overall it's worth eating.
