Convenient and centrally located hotel, very friendly staff. It's showing its age.

From a star hotel with a history like the Cicolella, you expect much more than what it offers today. It's a centrally located hotel, just steps from the station, with parking available, though very inconvenient and a bit dangerous. The bathrooms, with bathtubs, are now outdated, and the small minibar, which is turned off and empty, almost suggests looking elsewhere. Breakfast was barely adequate. Despite their somewhat shabby appearance, most of the staff were helpful and friendly.

I stayed at this property for 15 days. I must compliment the staff for their expertise and courtesy throughout. It was a pleasure being your guest.
