Mi fermo per una pausa pranzo consigliata da amici. Penso di andare sul sicuro ordinando una bella carne ma purtroppo le aspettative sono deluse. Sicuramente nella media, certo non da ricordare. Cottura richiesta media arrivata gommosa poca croccantezza e indietro di sale. Conto medio alto per il posto. Servizio veloce e cordiale.

I had never been to this place, unlike those who accompanied me and who had spoken very highly of it. I must say that even though the restaurant was full and we hadn't booked, they found a place for us and kindly let us sit. A very good first course, a beautiful and equally good cut for two accompanied by roast potatoes and to finish a grandmother's cake of their phenomenal production. I will definitely return and thanks to that beautiful and sweet (like the one who cooks) girl who explained to me some "secrets" of the cake she had prepared

The food is good but a little too expensive, two second courses and two side dishes with two coffees and half a liter of loose wine 60 euros, what if we had also taken 2 first courses?

Let's say that for a Monday night dinner when everything else is closed it's enough. Friendly waiters. Good enough food.

Both the first courses, the grilled meat and the dessert were excellent. The only thing we didn't like was the wine (sangiovese) recommended by the waitress as the "house wine". The barbecue, however, was phenomenal. Our dog was welcomed with affection. The real problem with this restaurant is the noise, every time I've been there the room was always full and you have to shout to be heard even by those next to you. It would be appropriate to put sound-absorbing panels 😉

Wonderful experience with excellent quality meat cooked perfectly. I absolutely recommend it, especially the Florentine which melts your mouth.

Locale affollatissimo e rumoroso, servizio rapido ma forse un po’ brusco. Cibo buono ma porzioni non allineate al prezzo. Conto fumoso e salato. Mah.

16/02/2025: If you are into offal this is one of the best places in Florence - and in the whole country: tripes, tongue, you name it. Extremely high quality ingredients, freshly cooked to perfection. Attentive if quick service and traditional atmosphere.
