Lugar perfecto para los amantes del risotto, comimos tres de ellos, todos más que increíbles y hay que probarlos, no puedo describirlos tan buenos como para ser útil.

Everything here was truly excellent — from the impeccable service to the warm, inviting atmosphere. The risotto with beer reduction, coffee powder, and Grana was especially memorable, easily the best risotto we have ever tried. It was also a pleasure to meet Chef Manuel at the end of the meal, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely be back!

Very good meal! What a shame that two waitresses didn't want to be there! Not smiling and barely friendly. Luckily, an older waitress was there.

'Christian e Manuel' is the ultimate destination ristorante located in a most unlikely location in Verceli. We travelled all the way from Sydney, Australia to experience their masterful cuisine, and it lived up to all expectations and more. The condensed risotti are triumphant. The dolci are supreme. Bravo 👏

I had the pleasure of having dinner with Christian and Manuel and I must say that it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was surrounded by a welcoming atmosphere. The elegant and refined furnishings, the background music and the soft light created an intimate and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a special dinner. The staff was extremely kind and professional, always attentive to our needs and ready to advise us in choosing the dishes. The service was impeccable, quick and never intrusive. But the real highlight is the cuisine. The chef has been able to create a menu that enhances the flavors of the territory, revisited in a modern key with a touch of creativity. Each dish was an explosion of flavors and aromas, prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the coffee and Grana Padano cream risotto: a true masterpiece. The value for money is excellent, considering the high quality of the food, service and atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a special evening filled with good food and a romantic atmosphere. It is the ideal place for a marriage proposal.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! We are from Ireland & got the train from Torino to dine at this superb restaurant! We tasted 3 risottos, each one was delicious! The Staff were top class in this family run restaurant! We will return again when in Turin & then travel to Vercelli to experience this incredible dining experience! 🙏

Second time at Christian and Manuel: It delivers outstanding quality. Great atmosphere and excellent service. The menu offers well composed, well presented dishes. The ingredients combinations are thoroughly researched and it shows. The risotti are simply a masterpiece. Keep up the great work!

Ho pranzato e cenato due volte nel giro di quattro mesi presso questo ristorante e sono rimasta profondamente colpito sia dalla cucina squisita che dal servizio impeccabile. La signora Cinzia in sala oltre ad essere preparatissima è davvero un’ottima padrona di casa aggiungendo alla cena spessore e carattere . Il menù presenta una varietà di piatti innovativi, con sapori audaci dalla presentazione sempre artistica che solo alla vista invoglia l’assaggio. Il resto del personale di sala attento e competente ha fatto in modo che il nostro pasto fosse gradevole. Il prezzo è commisurato alla qualità di questa tipologia di ristorante. Consiglio tantissimo questo locale per un’esperienza davvero particolare.
