Una cena presso questo rinomato ristorante di famiglia cittadino e’ un vero percorso di sapori coinvolgenti, in un progressivo concerto di piatti all’insegna di armonie e contrasti. Abbiamo potuto emozionarci con il loro Menù 7*: menzione speciale ai tre risotti preparati per noi tra la ventina di tipologie disponibili in carta. Vercelli è il riso e i Costardi Bros sanno fare onore al protagonista del territorio. Una splendida esperienza di cucina gourmet che ha saputo confermare le nostre aspettative.

Everything perfect from the small initial appetizer to the dessert, with a great balance of high quality raw materials, flavors and colors in between, not to mention the risottos that you are truly spoiled for choice... We drove 2 hours each way to have a 7 course meal at Christian e Manuel. The entire culinary experience was perfect start to finish. We’ve all dreamt of visiting this restaurant for years. Our expectations were exceeded. We were a large group of 12 split between 2 tables. We also had 4 kids with us, one of the kids is a 10 month old baby. The restaurant was extremely accommodating and professional. Service was top notch. Our food was exceptional. Every bite was overwhelming knowing it would be years before I ever enjoyed something this delicious again. My personal favorite was each of the risotto courses. The care and expertise that went into every dish was mind blowing. Do not miss an opportunity to experience Christian e Manuel’s restaurant!

Best risotto in the whole world for me 😍 Lovely atmosphere, great service, elegant style. We had panissa risotto and risotto with red prawn. After we took a pigeon and brasato non brasato.

Tuvimos un almuerzo realmente increíble aquí en Christian e Manuel's en Vercelli este mes. Definitivamente hacer reservas a través de su sitio web, ya que esta era la manera más fácil de entrar. Ya que nos alojamos en Piemonte esto fue una gran adición a nuestra visita regional. Al igual que otros críticos elegimos la elección del chef para nuestra elección de menú y estábamos muy contentos con cada plato. También pedimos una botella de vino Barbera que maridaba muy bien con todo. Nuestra comida comenzó con un limpiador de paladar de patata y sopa de puré de bacalao, delicioso y luego nuestro aperitivo tenía consomé de coliflor, langostinos y mariscos - YUM! Tuvimos dos tipos diferentes de risotto para el primer y segundo plato. Uno estaba hecho con conejo, zanahorias y otras verduras de temporada y el otro era el famoso, chocolate, café, trufa Omgoodness. . . Creo que estoy incluyendo la mayoría de lo que incluyeron.
