When I'm in Jesi this restaurant is a must... excellent cuisine, impeccable service and excellent decor and location! Parking nearby and for those who want to take a tour of the center after dinner or come from an aperitif, the restaurant is in the immediate vicinity of the square

Generous portions and quality food. Among my favorites are the fried meat and the octopus panzanella. Chichibio is always a guarantee!

All very good, with a friendly owner and ditto service! Large portions, but without exceeding! The only flaw, I wonder how you can eat on August 2nd, with an external temperature of 34/35 degrees, and no air conditioning inside! In practice, what you ate and drank (above all), you sweated out instantly! Too bad, because everything else was fine!

03/10/2024: Well done!!! We hadn't been to Silvio for years due to the terrible and unacceptable practice of double shifts This year he developed a fantastic APP that allowed us to book dinner at normal times. So we went often. Simple but excellent fish cuisine. Good choice of wines and extraordinary location. For me Silvio has represented "holiday" for at least 30 years and the happiness of being able to return for the dinner time I want is infinite. Too bad the bread is a little too simple and the fries aren't there!
30/09/2024: Suggestive panorama, immersed in nature just a stone's throw from the sea. Fish-based menu, we tasted ciavattoni and chitarrine, ragusa and fried anchovies and dessert, all really good. Prices were normal. Not so easy to get to the restaurant. But it's worth it

04/01/2025: A wonderful discovery, a beautiful elegant and refined tavern, abundant and refined dishes. They welcomed us with a glass of bubbles and an entrée offered by the chef. We ordered a hot and cold appetizer which we shared, paccheri with meat sauce (sublime), ravioli with ricotta and spinach with cheese and pepper, delicious, all accompanied by a good glass of red wine. We wanted to try a second course but we were too full to eat anything else. Friendly staff, attentive without being intrusive. Also surprising was the excellent value for money bill. Highly recommended
