As a typical Ligurian inland restaurant, it offers traditional local dishes (chestnut gnocchi, fried mushrooms, fettuccine with mushrooms, Piedmontese Fassona beef, pansotti with walnut sauce, pesto troffie, tagliolini with venison sauce, etc.), a few seafood options (like cod fritters), and "universal" dishes (various cuts of meat).
The staff is friendly, and the quality of the dishes is quite good. "Adequate" in the sense that the local and traditional products are very flavorful, while the others are nothing special.
The mushroom fettuccine, chestnut gnocchi, and fried mushrooms are very good.
The cod fritters and the fettuccine with duck ragù are flavorful.
The desserts are varied. The more traditional ones, like the nougat semifreddo, are also very good, while the more universal ones, like the tiramisu, are so-so.
Fair price for the quality offered (35 euros per person for first course, second course, dessert, wine and water).

Large restaurant with an open kitchen. Plenty of parking nearby. Noisy atmosphere, but excellent dishes with generous portions. The ones I've pictured are delicious. The price is fair.

A strategic restaurant just a few kilometers from the Busalla toll booth, this area has been a regular destination for many years, offering both Ligurian and non-Ligurian cuisine.
The pizzas are also very good, but obviously very subjective. Surrounded by greenery, with ample parking and an outdoor area, it offers a variety of options. The interior is clean and simple. Last but not least, the staff are excellent, welcoming customers with a smile and always striving to provide excellent service, sometimes in emergency situations.
My favorite first course is pansoti with walnut sauce, a Ligurian dish for those unfamiliar with it, made with artisanal ingredients. Thank you, because it feels like home.

We stopped for lunch, and it deserves a review because we ate WONDERFUL! The tartare appetizer paved the way for the superb first courses (tagliatelle with duck ragù and gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese and speck). The burgers were also excellent. The service was fast and friendly, and he recommended the Sacripantina for dessert. What can I say, everything was excellent!
