A gem of haute cuisine lies hidden in the heart of Porta Venezia. We returned for the third time to the Chiantà restaurant at the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo on Corso Buenos Aires. It's an elegant, refined place where you can spend a delightful evening. As always, we entrusted ourselves to the expert hands of the Chef, who proposed, advised, and guided us through his tasting menu, always different with each of our visits, full of surprises and flavors. The dishes offered reflect the local area but also draw on the Chef's roots, combining a blend of diverse yet harmoniously intertwined flavors. A stunning dish: tortelli filled with carbonara sauce and shaved white truffle (pictured). The dishes are carefully explained by the dining room staff, always present but never intrusive: the advice we received for the wine pairing was excellent. We'll definitely be back soon!

I happened upon the Cristoforo Colombo Hotel restaurant for a business lunch, but it turned into a true gourmet experience. The atmosphere is elegant and tranquil, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the quality of the dishes truly remarkable. Each course was carefully prepared using top-quality ingredients, a pleasant surprise right on Corso Buenos Aires. I will definitely return, even outside of business hours.

We had a wonderful and enjoyable time. We had the €75 set menu and it was very generous. The servers were super friendly and attentive. I think we'll be back soon. We definitely recommend it. Excellent value for money!
