Excellent restaurant. High-quality service. We booked for lunch, and the menu was set. However, since we hadn't realized this when we made our last-minute phone reservation, we asked if it was possible to choose à la carte, and we did. The four courses were all high-quality, as was Francesco's service. We'll definitely be back for dinner.

An exceptional culinary experience! The venue is beautiful and the atmosphere is exquisite. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, and guides you with attention and professionalism. The dishes are excellent, carefully crafted and expertly presented. The "Bread, Butter, and Jam" dessert is an unmissable masterpiece. The presence of the extremely kind Chef, who personally explained the dishes to us, was an added bonus. The service, attention, and quality are top-notch! Highly recommended.

I discovered this restaurant by chance. A friend was staying at the Cristoforo Colombo Hotel, and I stopped for an aperitif. As the restaurant's guests began eating, we watched the dishes emerge from the open kitchen, served directly by the chef. So we grabbed a table and indulged in Chef Vito's suggestions for white truffle dishes paired with an excellent Nebbiolo. What could have been a simple dinner turned out to be an excellent culinary experience in an elegant and welcoming setting.
