I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to make an exception for this place in Frascati. By now I can consider myself a regular customer. Every time I stop here for work, I can't wait to come back. The service is impeccable: the owner is very nice and does everything to ensure that nothing is ever missing.
The food is extraordinary and a true guarantee of quality. From appetizers such as tripe alla teramana, to delicious first courses, up to second courses such as Roman saltimbocca, each course is an unforgettable culinary experience. The portions are generous, perfect for those who love to eat well and generously. The price is right: with a starter and a first course it costs under 20 euros. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere in Frascati.

Delicious cuisine!
The owner is very kind and above all with an infinite love for food.
This love could be seen in every course. I highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of the dishes, refined and tasty, and for the kindness of the staff.
After years, I ate the best Teramo tripe in recent years.
We also tried a berry crumble, made with homemade custard, which honored the end of our lunch.
I felt at home.

Found it thanks to the positive reviews. And I want to continue in this line. Small but very well kept and clean place. Well-lit rooms. Today, being Monday, the owner, who didn't expect many people, was acting as cook and waitress at the same time. In fact, we had to wait a little, precisely for this reason, because the restaurant was full despite being a little outside the square and a little hidden. This says a lot about the fact that people go there on purpose. Even though there were seven of us, and we ordered 7 different dishes, she proved to be a very good cook, in fact we were all satisfied with our dish: tagliatelle with meat sauce, spaghetti carbonara with truffles, spaghetti cacio e pepe, bucatini all'amatriciana, saltimbocca alla Romana, lemon scallop, steak and baked potatoes. The cheese and cold cuts platters are also very good and with fresh products. Good house wine, obviously from the Frascati vineyards, a white Malvasia and a slightly more robust red than normal, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend it.
