We were 4 adults and a 2 year old girl, we had a great time! Both the service and the owner's cuisine were excellent. The pappardelle with wild boar and the lamb with lamb are particularly recommended. We will definitely be back

5 stars - An unforgettable experience at the Cavour Restaurant! I went to the Cavour Restaurant in Frascati and I was thrilled! The environment is elegant but welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The cuisine is simply delicious: dishes with attention to detail, with fresh ingredients and authentic traditional flavours, revisited with taste. Special thanks go to Yegle, the owner, who with passion and professionalism makes every visit a unique experience. His kindness and attention to guests really make the difference. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, atmosphere and a welcome that makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!

Locale non molto grande, arredato con semplicità, ma con gusto, gestito da una gentilissima e bravissima giovane signora etiope. Si mangia con gusto, piatti ben cucinati, senza particolari tempi di attesa. Si beve un ottimo vino "della casa" e si spende il giusto, circa 30 € a testa. Torneremo, su prenotazione, per gustare piatti della cucina etiope.

Not a very large place, furnished simply but tastefully, managed by a very kind and talented young Ethiopian lady. You eat with gusto, well-cooked dishes, without particular waiting times. You drink an excellent "house" wine and spend the right amount, around €30 each.

The cook was a very kind person, the truffle carbonara was one of the best I've ever eaten. The tripe was sensational.

We got carbonara, ragu, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious! Extra credits for the carbonara and the tiramisu! Definitely a must go!

Ci siamo capitate per caso e siamo rimaste soddisfatte, proprietaria dolcissima e disponibile, menu assortito con prezzi nella norma e cibo di qualità per non parlare delle fettuccine fatte a mano che con meraviglia della chef ho mangiato alla carbonara... Ottime ambiente tranquillo ci torneremo di sicuro

The experience was flawless from the start. While we waited they offered us smoked scamorzine wrapped in bacon, a touch of originality that made the welcome even warmer. The owner's passion clearly shines through: not only through the quality and care of the dishes, but also in the joy with which she welcomes each guest, making everyone feel at home, but with the service and professionalism of a high-level restaurant. We opted for a complete, rich and varied mixed starter, which included cured meats, cheeses and hot specialties such as cacio e pepe meatballs, chickpeas with truffle cream, Roman tripe, rustic pie with courgettes, tomato and lentil meatballs. Each course was prepared with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked All at a surprisingly honest price: truly unbeatable, especially considering the generosity of the portions. The kindness and friendliness of the staff, combined with the extraordinary quality of the food, made this experience a pleasant discovery during a walk in Frascati. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that combines tradition, taste and hospitality.
