Amazing. The chef is very kind and attentive. We got the prosciutto/mozzarella, lamb(hunter style) and broccoli fettuccine. Then for dinner the pannacotta which was the perfect way to end the dinner. Some of the best food we have had in Rome area so far. Well priced. Don’t pass it up! 🩷

I have tried fettucini and it was quite delicious. It is hard to find for foreigners to find a cozy places with delicious food in small cities so I would recommend all who plan to visit Frascati and enjoy delicious , affordable foods from symphatic owner who also cook.

Charming and very welcoming restaurant serving delicious dishes prepared with great care. The hostess was incredibly hospitable - even when we arrived shortly before closing time for lunch service. We were welcomed warmly, our orders taken with care including suggesting items for the vegetarians in the party! Very calm and relaxed atmosphere in a bright and simply decorated room. Thoroughly recommend this hidden gem! So much so we came back during our stay.

Compliments to the chef and hostess... She'll prepare wonderful, authentic dishes with top-quality ingredients, including gluten-free options. She was super attentive to everything; I didn't experience any symptoms. It was my first time there, and she knew I had celiac disease, and not only reassured me she'd take care of it, but she also had a dessert prepared especially for me. Thanks also to the kind and sweet woman who served us.

Abbiamo scelto il Ristorante Cavour di Frascati per festeggiare il nostro matrimonio e non possiamo che ritenerci pienamente soddisfatti. La chef e titolare, Yegle, ci ha accompagnati con grande professionalità e passione nella definizione del menù e della mise en place, ascoltando ogni nostra esigenza e consigliandoci con competenza. Il risultato è stato un’esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto: piatti curati, sapori autentici e materie prime di altissima qualità. Ogni portata ha raccontato una storia, rispettando la tradizione ma con un tocco di eleganza che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale. L’atmosfera del locale, raffinata ma accogliente, ha fatto da cornice perfetta a una giornata per noi indimenticabile. Un grazie sincero a Yegle e a tutto lo staff per aver contribuito a rendere unico il nostro giorno!

Locale non molto grande, arredato con semplicità, ma con gusto, gestito da una gentilissima e bravissima giovane signora etiope. Si mangia con gusto, piatti ben cucinati, senza particolari tempi di attesa. Si beve un ottimo vino "della casa" e si spende il giusto, circa 30 € a testa. Torneremo, su prenotazione, per gustare piatti della cucina etiope.
