Excellent location, spacious property with all amenities available. The hospitality and helpfulness are truly rare these days. The apartments are fully equipped...for us, they felt like home.

I highly recommend the Casa del Mar Residence. It's an excellent, strategic location for enjoying the Roseto sea. The spacious, bright, and well-appointed rooms are conveniently located not far from the Roseto train station, with a large supermarket nearby for all your needs. There's a private parking lot next to the entrance, making access to the property easy. The friendliness and hospitality are excellent; I highly recommend it.

We've known the facility since it opened (21 years ago). We come several times a year for both vacations and work. We've recommended it to many friends, acquaintances, and relatives, who have always returned satisfied. We've tried it both summer and winter and left satisfied. It's especially great for families with children and/or seniors. This year, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Marco (reception, maintenance man, etc.), who is very helpful, attentive, and responsive. He's always ready to help with any need. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!

We personally had a great experience. We travel with a little baby and the people (Marco in particular) showed great initiative and did let us feel home. Can't wait to come back, even in winter time.
