We had dinner with my partner and it was a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, professional and kind staff, courteous and punctual. A note of merit goes to the food, we opted for a fillet and pork belly, both cooked to perfection and of excellent quality, to precede our courses the exceptional carpaccio and to accompany it all excellent potatoes alone and with peel. We had the pleasure of being guests of this great Chef and his entire team.
This is one of the best steak houses I've ever been to and for us it was the gastronomic revelation of Catanzaro Lido.
Appetizers:
Sliced strips fried in tempura batter, abundant and dry after frying, in a Japanese batter worthy of a high-end restaurant.
I thought they were air fried but... it's a mystery how the Chef brings to the table an oil fry in which there is no trace of oil (great accuracy, crunchiness and taste)
The Carpaccio is a must, one of my favorite dishes in general.
It was the best Carpaccio of my life!
Homogeneous plating with accents of smoke, cheese (Gorgonzola I think)
of a unique delicacy perfectly balanced. A studied appetizer is designed with love for the ingredients and taste.
Assorted meatballs, based on typical Calabrian products, here too, no trace of oil or fat but full of flavour.
Seconds:
Veal fillet in Gorgonzola sauce, PERFECTLY COOKED, for a product that is out of the norm in terms of quality.
Meat caressed by smoke and thus brought to cooking (we are not talking about cooking here). The dish is presented without a rim but decorated, it doesn't get any better than that!
SpareRibs that leave the bone effortlessly etc etc
Pork shank here too perfect in its simplicity, defatted, tasty and juicy accompanied by Sila potatoes, a mystery here too, when a potato with a little salt turns into a delight.
Artisanal hazelnut ice cream (of the highest quality)
Drinks: Excellent wines and small-scale Calabrian beers that give fresh pleasure.
Top grappas (I recommend the 903)
I thank the CHEF and the whole team for hosting us in a dinner that will remain unforgettable, thank you for all that homemade knowledge from the perfumes to the spices, a great Master at work here, Grand Class!!!

Last night we decided to have dinner with my girlfriend in this splendid place: and we left really satisfied. I would like to point out that my girlfriend has celiac disease but I must admit that it was absolutely not a problem, unlike many other places where we encountered various difficulties. Trio of impeccable tartare and beef fillet of excellent quality. Location and service like few others.
We are from Cosenza but we will definitely return to visit them
