I don't understand why someone gives a negative review, it's a very nice hotel, it deserves all the 4 stars, the price includes the spa (clean and relaxing), the restaurant has excellent food, the staff is kind and helpful, the only flaw is perhaps the rooms are a little worn, the location is wonderful, facing the lake.

Everything was super positive. The staff were friendly, courteous, good food, and the spa area was perfect. I stayed there for two days with my kids, and we had a great time. And by booking on their website, we got an excellent deal on half-board. February 2026. The weather was also pleasant. Thank you so much, we'll be back.

Very comfortable hotel, very large rooms, and a huge, comfortable double bed. The rooms have a lovely balcony with chairs and a table. The bathroom products are from Terme di Sirmione. Excellent continental breakfast, both sweet and savory. The spa is nice; the pool water isn't too hot, and there's both a Turkish bath and a sauna.

Very nice hotel, the lake view room was clean and spacious, the massages were fantastic, and the spa was also very nice. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was excellent, I felt pampered. The walk along the lake was also beautiful, it takes 35 minutes to get to the center, but if you don't feel like walking, there's a bus stop just a stone's throw away. I highly recommend it. Well done everyone.

We stayed one night using the B&B + SPA service and have nothing but compliments for all the staff. The hotel is centrally located in Desenzano del Garda, the room had a king-size bed, and the breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. Thank you for your attention to our furry friend, LUPIN.

We spent a weekend there, taking advantage of the package that included accommodation, spa, and half-board. The room was very comfortable, with a huge bed and plenty of light. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. The spa was lovely. Special mention goes to the chef, who prepared excellent dishes for dinner, so much so that we decided to return for lunch the next day! The breakfast was also excellent, generous and well-prepared.

A very well-kept hotel with every comfort! The staff's kindness is unsurpassed and makes you feel at home. The spa is very nice, just average. We'll definitely be back!
