What can I say fantastic experience. Really top quality hotel. Excellent value for money. Large room with king size bed. Never seen such a large and comfortable bed. Excellent restaurant. We had dinner on a half board basis. Eaten at gourmet restaurant level. Qualified staff. Professionalism and kindness. Truly positively surprised. It's been a long time since I felt so comfortable in a hotel. Small but clean spa. The only flaw for me was that the water in the internal thermal pool was too cold. Congratulations to the structure, the managers and all the staff.

Between Sirmione and Desenzano on the state road facing the lake. Well-kept hotel with adjoining restaurant. Large room with balcony, clean and well heated. Rich breakfast buffet from sweet to savory. Efficient and helpful staff. The only notable shame is that the water in the spa on all the occasions we tried it was cold.

Modern, welcoming hotel with a beautiful view of Lake Garda. It is managed by the Terme di Sirmione. It has a large conference centre, restaurant and event room.
The staff is friendly, helpful and prepared. The rooms are comfortable and many have views. 3rd floor recommended.

We chose this property because it had a spa included, however this was very disappointing. The pool structurally has great potential, but the water was cold and made it not pleasant to be in. Every self-respecting spa should have at least one jacuzzi tub with water at least 35 degrees. Here there were I think less than 30. If you go for the spa, don't go there.

Relaxing weekend as a couple, always with an excellent welcome. The staff is available for any need. Renovated SPA. My husband tried a body massage and was super happy. I top relaxation facial massage. Excellent food the chef did a great job. We will definitely be back

I took the package including two hours of spa, I recommend it, it is an excellent spa with high temperatures in the sauna and Turkish bath. The breakfast is of excellent quality, nothing is missing. The location is not bad, between Desenzano and Sirmione. A few steps away is the bus stop and the Desenzano lakeside walk begins. Very nice. There is a cycle path towards Sirmione

The rooms are a bit cold (on atmosphere and actual temperature) compared to other offerings. It wasn't that bad but not confortable enough.
The fact that kids under 9 can't access the pool also makes the hotel a bit unfriendly for families.
