Ristorante Canto di Maggio In Impruneta

We had dinner at this wonderful villa, tucked away on the hillside but worth the effort. The sunset was stunning, the service was wonderful, and the waiters were attentive to detail, which makes a huge difference among other restaurants. Kudos to them! The dishes were cooked perfectly and were tasty! The value for money was absolutely appreciated! We'll be back!! Recommended!

OK for a budget stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy (loud children and dog play), and there's no elevator (luggage has to be carried upstairs). The pool is OK, but has seen better days. The staff is friendly, but extremely understaffed, which unfortunately affects the selection. At 9:30 a.m., there was nothing left for breakfast; everything was empty. According to the information for guests, breakfast is advertised until 10:00 a.m. There was also no staff present. After a long search, the waiter came and tried to manage breakfast for the remaining guests with the resources at his disposal. There is enormous potential, and something great could be done with the property. Management should hire more staff, so one employee can take care of the reception and another team member takes care of breakfast. One person can't do everything alone, even if they are very friendly and helpful. Hats off to the employee; unfortunately, it's not their fault; these are management errors.

The location is beautiful, in the mountains, wonderfully quiet yet close to the highway. Wonderful surroundings. Views of Florence from the terrace! The pool (or small pool) leave much to be desired, as do the sunbeds! The food is fantastic! A major drawback: the staff (except for one woman) are not very cheerful, which is a real shame because it really leaves a mark!

We did not stay at the hotel but we passed through for dinner. The views are stunning and the food delicious. But what really stood out was the service. WOW. Constanza and Sham made sure we had an incredible meal. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully they treated me and my 3 year old son and our family. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend for families our even couples looking for a romantic meal.

The place is beautiful. The location is wonderful. Close to Florence. We didn't eat dinner there, but we did have breakfast. I must admit we were disappointed, and we're probably not the only ones.

While looking for a place to stay in Florence, I was able to stay cheaply at a nearby monastery by renting a car. It was a pity that I only stayed for one night. You can see the Florence Duomo from afar. There is breakfast and a swimming pool. It was a special experience. It was easy to park at the coop that the accommodation recommended and take the tram to the city center. Friendly staff. There are a lot of olive farms around here, and many customers who only use the restaurant here enjoyed it until the evening, so I thought the wine and food would be delicious, but I couldn't eat it. Next time I come, I'll definitely try the restaurant! There's also a cheap gas station nearby!

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per il 18mo compleanno di nostra figlia, segnalata da un amico che gestisce un agriturismo in zona. Organizzazione perfetta, ottimi tutti i servizi ed il cibo, posto incantevole, con meravigliosa vista sulla Certosa e su Firenze. I ragazzi hanno trascorso il pomeriggio in piscina (grande, con gazebo ecc) e la serata in una depandance appartata che ha consentito loro di essere liberi, senza essere disurbati né disturbanti! (nonostante la musica) Questa soluzione ha permesso anche a noi genitori di cenare lì al ristorante senza essere visti e quindi creare imbarazzo ai giovani. Cortesia, disponibilità, professionalità, grande simpatia (menzione e premio speciale della giuria a Cesare per la coinvolgente simpatia). Grazie ad Andrea(gestore-socio dell'attività) perché raramente abbiamo avuto modo di incontrare tanta professionalità e gentilezza pur restando assolutamente informali. Ha esaudito ogni nostro desiderio, contribuendo ad una serata che resterà per molto tempo nei cuori nostri, di nostra figlia e di tutti gli ospiti (giovani ed adulti). Cucina assai gradevole con qualche picco di eccellenza (es. pici cacio & pepe) Qualità del cibo e del bere piuttosto elevata, servizio informale ma attento. E per finire la bellezza ed il fascino del posto, della struttura (antica villa annessa al convento ed alla chiesa) immersa nella meravigliosa collina sopra i Bottai. In ultimo, il rapporto qualità prezzo è altro elenento da rimarcare. Credo di non sbagliare se penso che non si trovi niente di meglio per l'importo pagato. Grazie di cuore al gestore-socio Andrea, Cesare e tutti gli altri. Torneremo a farci coccolare....

Très bel hôtel d'où l'on devine (de notre terrasse personnelle) la vue sur Florence, el Duomo..Vue magnifique; de cet hôtel, 10 minutes pour rejoindre la station de Tram que tout le monde utilise pour rejoindre la vieille ville. Très pratique! Se loger dans Florence, à moins d'y aller à pied depuis la gare est impossible, impensable! Très bon petits déjeuners (jus de fruits, pancake, oeufs brouillés, céréales...), hôtel original, sympathique, intéressant au niveau du prix, accueil convivial. Si nous revenons dans cette ville (où il y a beaucoup trop de touristes!) ce serait dans cet hôtel!
