Cantina giuliano is a true gem in tuscany! The food is delicious, fresh and interesting: Italian but with a fresh take on it! The restaurant itself is set in a charming italian patio. The service was wonderful. A truly warm recommendation!

This family-owned kosher restaurant in the heart of Tuscany is a true gem. The food is fresh, flavorful, and straight from their garden — you can taste the quality in every bite. We had delicious handmade pasta and everything is made with so much care and love. This is a must visit. They also offer pasta classes and a kosher wine tour nearby. In the afternoons they serve dairy and in the evening meat.

We had dinner yesterday at Cantina Giuliano, a fantastic restaurant in a small Tuscan village. The service is friendly and the food is truly superb, classic Italian cuisine. The owner is also a winemaker, and we left with some excellent bottles of Chianti.

An unforgettable experience in Italy! What a blessing to be able to taste such kosher excellence in the heart of Tuscany. The finesse and subtlety of the dishes are simply delicious and surprising; the setting, the warm atmosphere, and the service are a reflection of the high standards, authenticity, and kindness of Eli and Lara Gauthier! We highly recommend it!!

Cantina Giuliano was the best 48 hours of our 3 weeks in Italy! We loved the area and Eli and Lara are just amazing hosts. We ate there 3 times, went truffle hunting with Massimo and took Lara's pasta making class and wine tasting. All experiences were great! The food was delicious and Eli used the truffles we found in our dishes. We also ate the pasta we made with Lara for dinner which was so much fun. Their wines are delish and we went home with a few bottles as well. Oh, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is so lovely and the wait staff so sweet and friendly. Everyone wants to make sure you have a wonderful experience....and we did. Would highly recommend if you are traveling through the Tuscany region.

Absolutely delicious authentic Italian dishes! fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated with generous portions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and Lara is an amazing host. We ate lunch (dairy) and dinner (meat) there every day and had a great experience. Also really enjoyed the cooking class and wine tour — such a fun part of our trip. Thank you — we’ll be back!

26/09/2025: I tried the Croatian Steak and it was a real surprise! 🥩🇭🇷 The meat is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with that char-grilled aroma that makes it irresistible. Served with simple yet tasty side dishes, it maximizes the authentic flavor of the meat. A dish that combines quality, tradition, and authenticity: a must-try for lovers of good food! I also tried the Donna Olimpia, and I must say it won me over! 🍷 The Donna Olimpia is an elegant and complex wine that expresses the authentic character of the Tuscan Maremma. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that balances the structure. The finish is long, harmonious, and persistent. A wine with great personality, ideal for pairing with red meats, game, and aged cheeses, but also capable of shining on its own, as a stand-alone wine.

09/03/2026: I am a customer and I am very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. Tonight I was a little disappointed about the karaoke, the speakers and the microphone were not of good quality, every now and then the microphone whistled and the speakers did not produce the sound well, then it happened when I went to ask to sing the song by Sal Da Vinci, forever yes, the karaoke guy answered me very rudely saying but are you sure you want to sing this song otherwise you will make a bad impression I replied of course here karaoke was invented by Fiorello and we have the right to sing, no we are in Sanremo, I was there to have fun this gentleman did not want to put it, then he saw that I was nervous and he put it, karaoke is for everyone, so I appeal to the owners do not put these people to do karaoke, they are not up to the task, for me it was an insult on his part who I did not even know him to say if you do not sing well you will make a bad impression yes and practically he has the confidence to say this, now judge for yourselves of what he said,
08/03/2026: A good place with convenient parking. It serves as a bar, pastry shop, and quick lunch spot.
