Ristorante Canapone In Grosseto

On Saturday, September 27, 2025, I visited the "Canapone" restaurant for the first time, dining practically in the heart of Grosseto's historic center. The service was truly remarkable, with a generously sized table for two and very comfortable chairs. I took the order in perfect time, and tried the "selection of cured meats" and the "paccheri alla pescatora," as well as the tagliatelle with rabbit ragù (I hadn't had hand-chopped ragù in ages, at least not because of the texture and cut of the meat). The welcome reception with homemade appetizers, simple yet delicious, was much appreciated. The price was not bad, considering I only ordered wine by the glass, not the bottle, and no main course or dessert. I will definitely be back to try the other dishes.
