Ristorante Nebros Miraglia is located at over 1,100 meters above sea level in the heart of the Nebrodi Nature Park – and that's exactly what it tastes like: honest, regional, and simply delicious. The pasta is homemade, the meat (especially from the black Nebrodi pork) is tender as butter, and the portions are more than generous. No frills – just good food with plenty of flavor and even more heart. The dining room is simple but cozy – and the service is incredibly friendly, as if you were part of the family. If you love authentic Sicilian cuisine and like to leave the restaurant full and happy, this is the place for you. In conclusion: The prices are super fair (menu around €25) – and it's an experience you won't forget. 100% recommended for anyone who wants to experience authentic Sicilian cuisine.

Nothing to complain about the food. What made me so disappointed was their salad price. 5 euro of a little portion of iceberg salad.

We will be back! Quiet restaurant surrounded by greenery, we booked because we were passing through for an excursion, the reservation was at 1.30pm, the extreme kindness of the owner who still let us sit despite the delay, at 2.15pm due to a hitch. We took an à la carte menu (worth it in my opinion) with appetizers, very fresh cured meats and cheeses, delicious smoked ricotta, excellent pasta with black pork ragout and digested without acidity (from this you can understand if it is a quality sauce). Don't ask him for parmesan because he only offers fresh products, such as grated pecorino... good! a place that is not in fashion at the moment, but I'm sure that, who loves to eat well and will choose this place in peace.
