A pleasant discovery! My family and I were looking for a place to let the children have fun in the snow, outside in the open air it is ideal for having fun with sleds. The restaurant is nice, welcoming and the food is excellent, the prices are average. Definitely coming back!

A very nice place in Roccaraso, ideal for spending a day in the snow. We ate a good sandwich with cutlet, scamorza and broccoli at a fair price. In addition, it is possible to rent sleds for €15 for the whole day and rent deck chairs to relax and sunbathe. A practical and well-organised option for those who want to have fun without spending too much. Recommended for a different and pleasant day on the snow!

The place also offers the possibility of going away for a walk in the surrounding area, enjoying the surrounding nature. My favorite corner, however, is undoubtedly the restaurant. Here you can enjoy simple but carefully prepared dishes, which reflect local tradition. The bruschettas are delicious, especially the ones with provolone and truffle. The local meat is always excellent and of high quality, but even the first courses do not disappoint: recently, off the menu, I had the opportunity to taste some fettuccine with venison, and they were truly delicious. Prices are average for the area and the service is attentive and friendly. The team works very hard to make guests feel at ease. You can relax, sunbathe, sip a glass with friends and enjoy the day. I highly recommend a visit to the Campetto degli Alpini, an ideal place to enjoy an authentic and pleasant experience in the mountains.
