06/01/2026: Every time I go to Bari, I stop at Jérôme Chocolat, and I have to say, it never disappoints. The desserts are truly delicious and very filling, perfect for those who love to indulge in something sweet, although I recommend only ordering one at a time, as they're so rich you risk running out!
The staff is just the right amount of friendly, always helpful without being intrusive, and the atmosphere, while not very large, is well-kept and welcoming. For this reason, the place tends to fill up quickly, especially in the summer, when they also set up outdoor tables to enjoy the city's atmosphere.
In short, Jérôme Chocolat is a delicious stop and recommended if you want to treat yourself to a sweet treat in Bari, perfect for sampling a high-value treat that will fill you up and satisfy you completely.

05/01/2026: I went to Jérôme's late in the afternoon, let's say between 6:40 and 7:00 PM, with someone in the room. We waited a while to order once we were seated, as there's a good selection of dishes. After ordering, we had to wait 10-15 minutes for a Kit Kat milkshake and a cinnamon roll. After the wait, we ate, and I have to say that the other person thought the cinnamon rolls were delicious, while I thought the milkshake was too sweet. (I mean, the contents of the milkshake itself.) I ate all the cream, the donut, and the glaze, but I couldn't drink the contents of the milkshake. It seemed SOUR and TOO SWEET at the same time. I don't know, maybe the milk wasn't very good. When we went to the register, the cashier didn't even give us a RECEIPT, or RECEIPT, as you might call it. We didn't ask the cashier anything about the receipt; in fact, we stood in front of it for a few seconds, expecting it, but NOTHING. She pretended not to notice. What I mean is, I always have a receipt at every post office I go to, but not this time. Plus, for this store to be on Corso Cavour, it must be excellent, even when it comes to issuing RECEIPTS. Will I go back? No, I don't want anyone to evade taxes. The prices are still high for the cinnamon roll, which at €3 is literally excessive; while the milkshake was quite good, even if it was €0.50 cheaper, it would have been fine. And then, I tried to go to the bathroom, but the door was jammed, so I couldn't even go. It may not be exceptional, but based on what I've reported, I find it OBSCENE, given that it's located in a location in Bari where they aim to sell excellent products.
