Ristorante - Caffetteria Crilos di Simone Impera In Villasimius

We went to this restaurant for dinner (end of August) relying on its positive reviews and a little tired of the usual tourism. We were pleasantly surprised to realize that our choice had been fully satisfied. We ordered an octopus and potato salad and what can I say... the cooking of the octopus was really excellent and the freshness of the fish was the protagonist, I recommend this light summer dish as a starter. Then came the mixed fried fresh local fish, not at all greasy and really pleasant and then an excellent artisanal fregola full of mussels and clams, excellent and highly recommended. The panna cotta of the day (at Cannonau) left us with confidence to return and recommend this restaurant to our friends looking for fresh fish, simplicity, care and smiles (I forgot... very attentive and friendly staff).

We dined there four times during our two-week stay in Villasimius in August 2024. Everything was delicious, antipasti, seafood, fish and meat, very good selection of Sardinian wines. Attentive service, friendly and accommodating. Christina in particular is the heart of this restaurant. We can recommend “Crilos” without reservation. Reservation in advance is recommended. Restaurant outside the center of Villasimius, as soon as we entered it seemed empty, but then we saw that the occupied tables were on the other side, and this can be a little daunting. Not a very warm welcome, service not as slow as described in other reviews, we ate first and second courses in an hour. Spaghetti with seafood and very good fried squid, superlative Catalan-style prawns. Fair price-quality. Advised

We had dinner on the advice of a local acquaintance and I must say that she was absolutely right, excellent dishes and impeccable service from the staff and in particular from the girl who looked after us and who I think is called Jumi, very good and attentive. Perhaps the waiting for the dishes could be improved but if you want quality you also have to wait and after all you are on holiday...congratulations, highly recommended. The bill...right compromise.

Excellent meat dinner. Generous portions and reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Fish restaurant near the center of Villasimius. The area with the tables outside at the back of the restaurant is very nice. Good quality/quantity/price ratio, compared to the average for the area. Better to book before going. The fish first courses and mussels are good. Friendly staff, although service a little slow. Good selection of typical Sardinian dishes. To try again.

Meilleur restaurant des vacances, malgré un service plus que désagréable et lent, tout était délicieux et nous a fait oublié cela. Les pâtes du jour, le poisson grillé et la salade de poulpe et de fruits de mer étaient incroyable.

Ambiente gradevole, personale cortese e attento, menu ampio con buona lista vini. In piu' lo chef non manca di aggiungere piatti in base soprattutto al pescato del giorno. A noi è capitato di poter assaggiare i suoi tonnetto alla catalana e carpaccio di ricciola con melanzane e foglioline di mirto, entrambi deliziosi. Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo.
