As my personal opinion, I think it is the best place in Fidenza

Inspired by the name of this place (Sardinian footprint) my husband and I decide to go in and try it. What can I say! It was a real revelation. We were welcomed by Arianna the room manager who made us feel at ease straight away. Once we decided what to order he recommended an excellent Sardinian white wine which went very well with the dishes we chose. Being Sardinian we too couldn't help but try the seafood dishes. prepared by chef Riccardo Marras. But let's start with the appetizer. We ordered a seafood tartare, accompanied by fresh seasonal fruit. Top quality raw scampi and prawns, truly excellent, were served to us accompanied by sauces. Crispy prawns with caramelized onion, e A delicious mussel soup with that fresh basil that gave a touch of spring to the sauce. While we opted for the seafood fregola as a first course, it was so good that it catapulted us into our own island. A dish full of flavour, where the ingredients were lovingly combined in this delicious dish. As a second course we ordered fried calamari to share. What can I say, the fried food is also excellent. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. And the vegetables that accompanied this dish were sublime. We couldn't order dessert because we were packed. But the head nurse had a surprise in store for us. At the end of the meal he left a small bottle of Mirto (made by them) on the table. Regarding the location, I can say that it has really large spaces. A huge garden where in the height of summer you can have lunch or dinner outdoors. There is also a lovely outdoor children's area, but the thing that surprised me most of all was the children's area inside the venue. Finally we parents can eat in peace while the children play. Which is why I also recommend it to parents like you who want to enjoy a peaceful lunch or dinner. there will be no lack of opportunity to return. I recommend booking. Thanks Riccardo and Arianna

I have been to this restaurant and was extremely satisfied. The welcome was warm and the staff very friendly and helpful. I tasted the mussels as a starter and it was absolutely delicious, as was the fried ravioli with (sweet) ricotta. The quality of the ingredients was evident and the preparation impeccable. The atmosphere of the place was pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent cuisine in a welcoming environment.

We returned on Saturday evening with friends... it was a beautiful evening, a more than pleasant environment, excellent food and a warm welcome... compliments to the chef, to the elegant and professional Arianna... and to the beautiful Angelica

IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND A NEGATIVE NOTE. The truly knowledgeable dining room staff illustrated and explained every single course to us. The manager welcomed us and looked after us during the evening in an impeccable manner, making our evening even more pleasant. The Chef crowned our experience in a sublime way by showing a truly high level of competence, using unrivaled ingredients and knowing how to make the most of them. Every time I come here I never find a comma out of place! I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

Last night we were able to once again appreciate the good and genuine cuisine of this restaurant located in the first hills of Fidenza. In particular, the raw appetizers accompanied by a good Sardinian Vermentino were excellent. Congratulations to the chef and his staff. Arianna and Lorena's table service was particularly appreciated.
