On vous installe vite, on prend votre commande rapidement, on vous sert vite (la majorité des plats comprend un astérisque /surgelé dans sa composition)… pour autant c’est bon .. mais juste bon… le risotto était un mauvais choix (inqualifiable la cuisson pour l’Italie) mais les canederli sauce blanche plutôt bonnes. Le vin très bon et abordable. Les desserts sont également de bonne facture… pour autant on peine à apprécier le lieux, le service, les plats…

During my stay in Trento I tried the ca dei gobj restaurant to taste the traditional Trentino cuisine and I must say that I was not disappointed at all! First of all, it must be underlined that the prices of the various dishes are quite high, for example the cutting board was €25 which is not cheap, but I must say that they are totally justified by the price and the great abundance of each dish, so much so that I was forced to remove one of the dishes initially ordered because it was full. I must also say that the waiters have always been extremely kind and courteous despite my perhaps uncomfortable request to eliminate a dish from my order. Also very appreciable is the restaurant's great attention to intolerances of all kinds and to allowing the customer to take away leftover food with great courtesy (this at a table near ours). I plan to recommend all of the dishes chosen, mainly the platter, which takes you on a culinary journey through the typical dishes of the area, then moving on to the polenta with mushrooms and fondue which I found extremely balanced and tasty, finishing with the strudel in shortcrust pastry also balanced and not excessively sweet as I have often heard. I will definitely return to this place to try the other specialties that I wasn't able to taste and appreciate this time! Highly recommended!!!

Buona accoglienza, personale gentile, cibo buono, la tagliata di cervo tenera, polenta un po' secchina ma buona con i funghi che bilanciavano. Verdure croccanti altrettanto buone. Consiglio la sosta.

Absolutely worth trying. 3 adults and one child ate well and were also well catered for for the needs of the little one in a truly remarkable location. Absolutely recommended!

The best restaurant in Trento…!!! The service, the quality of food and the atmosphere is a top notch…!!! Second to none you pay what you’ve got. Reasonable prices and no hidden charges…. When I’ll visit Trento again now I know where I’ll have my dinner no questions asked…!!
