A nice, clean, and pleasant place to dine. In the center of Trento (Italy). Delicious food, and cuisine prepared with good taste, at an affordable price. They gave us a table even though they had already put a full blackboard outside. Both the meter and the waiter tried to help us with the language, and the result was a pleasant and good dinner in every way. The place has an interesting decoration to liven up dinner. Everything seemed very good to me.

We had lunch today and were particularly impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly, attentive service. The place was full and despite this the dishes arrived quickly and we noticed an excellent synergy and serenity among the dining room staff. I have never eaten such good carne salada and the other dishes were really good too! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu! Congratulations to everyone 🆙

During our visit to the Ca' dei Gobj restaurant in Trento, we were very satisfied with the overall experience. We started with a "Tagliere dei Gobj" as a starter: an abundant and varied selection of excellent quality cured meats, accompanied by cheeses, potatoes and pretzels. For the main course, we opted for strangolapreti, a typical dish that won us over, and a main course that included Frankfurter sausage, goulash, dumpling, polenta and sauerkraut. The portions were generous and the quality/price ratio was really excellent. The room is welcoming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the staff were always helpful and attentive. I highly recommend the Ca' dei Gobj restaurant to anyone looking to savor the typical dishes of Trentino cuisine, immersed in a welcoming and peaceful environment. Excellent pub near Piazza Cesare Battisti (former home of the Christmas markets). Professional and courteous staff attentive to customer needs and always with a smile. A place where I changed my mind, having already been there three years ago and then I wasn't able to enjoy the food which was always excellent due to the place being too hot and having pointed it out, this time the internal temperature was comfortable. We will definitely be back, and we will definitely book well in advance, as the place is always full.

Location molto bella, soddisfatto dei vari piatti. I costosissimi dolci però di qualità inaccettabile, lo strudel peggiore della storia, forse colpa di chi l'ha preparato in fretta e furia.

Buona accoglienza, personale gentile, cibo buono, la tagliata di cervo tenera, polenta un po' secchina ma buona con i funghi che bilanciavano. Verdure croccanti altrettanto buone. Consiglio la sosta.
