Excellent restaurant, very good meat, Maillard sauce could be improved, very pleasant atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, but a bit hectic. Fair prices. I recommend it.

I ate here three nights in a row with two other friends, and I can say we were completely satisfied. The service was prompt, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed.
For the dishes, I tried the traditional venison stew, Tyrolean goulash, and pork shank. All three dishes were delicious and I highly recommend them, perfectly cooked and with generous portions. Finally, as with the desserts, there's a wide selection that won't disappoint.
If I ever return to Trento, I'll definitely eat here again!

Beautiful, elegant, and welcoming venue. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent food. I recommend the sliced Black Angus steak with parmesan, arugula, and parmesan. Excellent beer: especially the 6° amber IPA!

It was a business dinner, so we were a bit distracted. The food was decent, but the presentation was a bit overly pretentious. Prices are medium-high. Hopefully, it will improve over time. Excellent location.
Okay, since the owners aren't clear on this, let's try to be more direct. We ordered cod, which was good, but almost frozen: warming it up a bit wouldn't have been too much trouble. The dishes were well presented, but it's better to focus on flavor and edibility. Despite this, I hope you improve because there's a need for a good place downtown.

A restaurant serving typical Trentino specialties, with a few dishes with a more touristy feel. The place is welcoming and warm, and the table service staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt.
Downsides include the excessive noise and the restrooms, which are inadequate for the number of people in the restaurant, even for washing their hands. Average value for money.
Recommended.

Nice restaurant. The food was good, although I would have expected more traditional dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, though they did forget a few things, which can happen. The atmosphere was beautiful, with the right balance of elegance and authenticity. The wine list was well-stocked.

Besuch am 17.06.25, mittags. Ohne Reservierung, war draussen aber ausreichend Platz. Schöne Aussenplätze, sehr netter Kellner. Wir hatten den Vorspeisenteller mit Carne Salada, Tartar, Gorgonzolacreme und Polenta mit Pilzen und das Tartar klassisch.
Zuerst: Riesenportionen. Die Qualität des Fleisches war eine Sensation. Eines der besten Tartar ever, die carne salada mürbe und zart. Als Hauptgang die Spareribs ( 24 h Garzeit) mit so einer Art Pommes. Lt. meiner Frau die besten Spareribs und ganz aussergewöhnliche aber megaleckere Pommes. Tolles Essen aber als Veggie würde ich woanders essen, aber für mich das Paradies.
