A welcoming and special restaurant! The staff is exceptionally kind and courteous, the dishes are of the highest quality, and the prices are truly reasonable for what they offer. It's also an excellent choice for vegans: I had the vegan tagliata and it was delicious! A special mention: our dog was welcomed with a kindness that is not at all expected (the owner has seven dogs, and you can sense the sensitivity and attention he devotes to both his work and his customers). We will definitely be back; I highly recommend this experience! 🫶🏻

We went to Ca' Dei Gobj and had a truly wonderful time. The service is impeccably organized: after ordering, the dishes arrive within minutes (4-5 at most), always hot and well-prepared. The waiters are attentive, helpful, and very friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you can feel professionalism and passion, highly recommended!

The restaurant is right in the city center, the staff is friendly enough, but everyone is in a hurry because they have a lot of customers. The food is good, however, and respects Trentino tradition.
