Serata degustazione presso Ristorante Busatti. Locale pieno. Degustazione con vini italiani e francesi in abbinamento ad un menù di pesce. Carpaccio di scampi con insalata di asparagi e gel di bergamotto Seppia farcita con patate Calamarata con gamberi rossi, vongole veraci Filetto di spada alla Wellington Soufflè alla nocciola Buoni i piatti, interessante un vino in particolare. Unica nota negativa della serata, a mio avviso, la rumorosità della sala piena di avventori.

I was there (finally) on Sunday 11 May to celebrate my 60th birthday, and I was very happy with the choice I made. My family and other fantastic people present with me at lunch were also very satisfied. Had a fish-based lunch (and I won't add anything else here because the delights they brought us are worth a visit that you must make); and to finish on a high note, Millefeuille with cream and strawberries prepared by Marco BUSATTI and his wonderful staff. So let's recap… Nice location, professional and very kind staff (who can advise you); Marco is his super amazing wife; excellent dishes, so if you haven't been there, what are you waiting for to book? Highly recommended

Definitely some great sophisticated food!

I have to change my mind: the gourmet scares me because of the portions but the truly spectacular tagliolini with lobster and the mega fried mixed fish were a real delight.

Excellent restaurant with refined meat and fish dishes, prepared with care and quality ingredients. The service is impeccable, with very kind and helpful waitresses. An excellent culinary experience, highly recommended!!

Ristorante sito in loc. Ferruccia, vicino vari vivai. Contesto elegante, pulito, piacevole. Ottima l'accoglienza. Menù sia di mare di che terra. Piatti buoni, ottimi abbinamenti, buona la materia prima. Ottima la carta dei vini. Consigliato sia per pranzi quotidiani (hanno un menù dedicato) che per cene.
