Quiet environment and competent staff

We had dinner here on the recommendation of the hotel we are staying in; the service was very very slow, they made a mistake in taking the order, which can certainly happen, but from that moment on our table was systematically served last, even after the empty tables were cleared while our dirty plates remained there . We finished without having coffee because within half an hour of dessert no one asked us if we wanted it. At the checkout, another wait, it seemed to me that even at that moment priority was given to regular customers to the detriment of the order of arrival but it could have been a wrong perception on my part due to the trend of the evening. I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about the food, I found the dishes not very tasty but overall decent; shame about the attitude, it didn't really feel like being in Tuscany. The price is average, the place is tidy.
