A serious restaurant, where everything works from the moment you enter until the moment you leave; excellent service; well-kept, tidy, harmonious, and clean spaces, soft background music, and just the right amount of lighting. The service and food are impeccable. In winter, the fireplace creates a truly welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

After several years of eating here on New Year's Eve, this year's menu didn't meet my expectations, as it has in the past. Excellent location, excellent service, excellent price.

A wonderful restaurant, housed in a late 18th-century house that has been a rest stop for travelers in the Mardigliana forest since the 19th century. A welcoming and refined atmosphere. Excellent food.

We've had a great time on several occasions and enjoyed the food. Both meat and fish. The wine list is well-stocked. The desserts are also excellent.

The service is exceptional; the staff make you feel like honored guests rather than customers. The food is outstanding. The pasta alone is worth the trip — my duck ragù was rich and perfectly balanced, and my wife’s truffle pasta was luxurious and aromatic. The pork filet that followed was, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had: tender, deeply flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Desserts maintained the same high standard — both the tiramisu and the “three spoon delights” were exquisite finishes to an unforgettable meal. The wine pairing was spot on, complementing every course beautifully. In every way — ambiance, service, cuisine, and care — Bosco Mardigliana is exceptional. A must-visit dining experience.

We had dinner from appetizer to dessert, with a good bottle of white wine, everything was delicious. The portions were almost adequate; everyone tends to make poor dishes. I definitely recommend it.
