A wonderful restaurant, housed in a late 18th-century house that has been a rest stop for travelers in the Mardigliana forest since the 19th century. A welcoming and refined atmosphere. Excellent food.

We've had a great time on several occasions and enjoyed the food. Both meat and fish. The wine list is well-stocked. The desserts are also excellent.

Ristorante Bosco Mardigliana deserves every accolade. Dining here feels like being welcomed into someone’s elegant countryside home — warm, refined, and full of charm. The service is exceptional; the staff make you feel like honored guests rather than customers. The food is outstanding. The pasta alone is worth the trip — my duck ragù was rich and perfectly balanced, and my wife’s truffle pasta was luxurious and aromatic. The pork filet that followed was, without exaggeration, the best I’ve ever had: tender, deeply flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Desserts maintained the same high standard — both the tiramisu and the “three spoon delights” were exquisite finishes to an unforgettable meal. The wine pairing was spot on, complementing every course beautifully. In every way — ambiance, service, cuisine, and care — Bosco Mardigliana is exceptional. A must-visit dining experience.

We had dinner from appetizer to dessert, with a good bottle of white wine, everything was delicious. The portions were almost adequate; everyone tends to make poor dishes. I definitely recommend it.

A very welcome revelation, we discovered it by chance and fell in love. Since we live nearby, we'll definitely be back!

What I previously wrote about this restaurant, which I fully endorse, needs to be updated after a recent visit in the summer heat. I dined in the summer garden, cooled by a pleasant breeze, with dishes entirely based on seafood, from appetizers to main courses, and again, I found everything excellent. The staff and owner were, of course, always kind and professional. The restaurant is elegant yet warm and welcoming. We dined there for my partner's birthday, sampling various dishes, including the pumpkin cream soup with fried porcini mushrooms, the tagliatelle with venison and truffle ragout, both excellent, a fillet with porcini mushrooms cooked perfectly to our specifications, and fantastic chicken meatballs with bacon crumble. For dessert, a chocolate salami and a trio of Sicilian cannoli, which, I can confidently say, were a true Sicilian experience. The dinner was accompanied by an excellent red wine from Baone and two glasses of a late-harvest triple-filer from Cà dei Frati. The service was attentive, friendly, and competent. The price was reasonable for the type of venue and the quality of the ingredients, but not overpriced. Furthermore, the menu and prices can be consulted online in advance, so you can check if they're compatible with your budget.
