An unforgettable evening at Villa Quaranta, a place that in itself enchants with its timeless elegance and an atmosphere that envelops you like a hug. We were here to celebrate a friend's birthday and honestly, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Dinner? Simply superb. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, prepared with care and passion that can be felt in every bite. Extremely fresh ingredients, perfect combinations, impeccable presentation: a real journey for the palate. But what made this experience truly extraordinary was the service, and in particular the very young sommelier Federico. A boy not even 20 years old, but with a competence and charisma that leaves you speechless. His knowledge of wines is something out of the ordinary: for every label we tasted he gave us a passionate, detailed, almost poetic explanation, transforming every sip into a story. The pairings he proposed were simply perfect, a magical balance between food and wine that elevated the dinner to a higher level. Federico is not only an exceptional professional, but also a guy with a desire to work and a dedication that are rare to find, especially in someone so young. He was the real protagonist of the evening, capable of conquering us all with his energy and talent. If there were more young people like him, the restaurant world would be in excellent hands. Villa Quaranta is a jewel, the food deserves a standing ovation, but the service, thanks to people like Federico, is what makes this place unforgettable. We will be back soon, with the certainty of experiencing another dream evening!

Adequate quality and portions of food, very good variety of wine on offer. perhaps the location is a little aged. Hospitality and care in the service. Varied menu with several interesting proposals. Ate "meat", to return for the fish proposals.

My daughter celebrated her wedding in this facility and everything went perfectly. The environment is very nice and the little church next door is delightful.

Restaurant in an elegant niche context but Unfortunately, what was most disappointing was the food, in particular all the dishes with truffles inside. Absolutely non-existent! Although it was visible in large quantities. For the rest, excellent wine and high prices for the quality offered

Il ristorante, proprietà della casa vinicola Tommasi, ha uno stile un po’ vecchio. si hanno grandi aspettative per vari motivi e il primo è il prezzo dei piatti sul menù. il rapporto qualità prezzo è sufficiente. il personale è impreparato. Non sanno rispondere alle domande sui piatti e dicono semplicemente che è tutto buono. Ho preso i bigoli ma più che bigoli erano spaghettoni. il baccalà alla vicentina era gommoso. Il flan al cioccolato un vero disastro. Ho dovuto rimandare indietro il piatto. Il cameriere è tornato dicendo che in effetti non succede che viene così male. Mi domando perché portarlo al tavolo! Non è un’esperienza che ripeterei.
