Ambiente suggestivo, coniuga tradizione e lusso, unica pecca a mio avviso la troppa vicinanza tra i tavoli. Servizio di sala eccellente. Cibo di altissima qualità, veramente ottimo, bagnato da un vino del territorio favoloso, scelto non dalla "carta" dei vini ma dall'enciclopedia dei vini!!! Mai visto un documento tanto fornito. Un plauso all'amore e alla dedizione per il prodotto!

I took my partner to celebrate his 32nd birthday, and what can I say? Wonderful location, excellent food, and impeccable service from the waiter. I can't say the same about the girl who didn't understand the only request we made at the end of the meal: to bring just one dessert different from the tasting menu and candles for the birthday boy to blow out. She did neither. Aside from the waitress's oversight and the practically empty place (a shame because it's worth a visit if you're in the area), everything else was magnificent. Recommended.

The ambiance is charming, combining tradition and luxury. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that the tables are too close together. The service is excellent. The food is top-notch, truly excellent, and washed down with a fabulous local wine, chosen not from the wine list but from the wine encyclopedia! I've never seen such a comprehensive document. Kudos to their love and dedication to the product!

As soon as we arrived we were greeted and accompanied to the table with kindness. Excellent service, abundant and delicious dishes. Seats in front, in the room and in the courtyard. Upon reservation you can do wine tasting with dinner. Very kind and welcoming staff.

I was amazed by the beauty of the hotel, the cleanliness and the modernity. A wonderful place topped off with a restaurant that in my opinion deserves a Michelin star

An unforgettable evening at Villa Quaranta, a place that in itself enchants with its timeless elegance and an atmosphere that envelops you like a hug. We were here to celebrate a friend's birthday and honestly, we couldn't have chosen a better place. Dinner? Simply superb. Each dish is an explosion of flavours, prepared with care and passion that can be felt in every bite. Extremely fresh ingredients, perfect combinations, impeccable presentation: a real journey for the palate. But what made this experience truly extraordinary was the service, and in particular the very young sommelier Federico. A boy not even 20 years old, but with a competence and charisma that leaves you speechless. His knowledge of wines is something out of the ordinary: for every label we tasted he gave us a passionate, detailed, almost poetic explanation, transforming every sip into a story. The pairings he proposed were simply perfect, a magical balance between food and wine that elevated the dinner to a higher level. Federico is not only an exceptional professional, but also a guy with a desire to work and a dedication that are rare to find, especially in someone so young. He was the real protagonist of the evening, capable of conquering us all with his energy and talent. If there were more young people like him, the restaurant world would be in excellent hands. Villa Quaranta is a jewel, the food deserves a standing ovation, but the service, thanks to people like Federico, is what makes this place unforgettable. We will be back soon, with the certainty of experiencing another dream evening!

Abbiamo usufruito della cena in mezza pensione in quanto soggiornavamo presso Villa Quaranta.. che dire, tutto perfetto, dal cibo squisito, al servizio, al rapporto qualità prezzo. Complimenti al personale gentilissimo ed efficiente, siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da tutta questa professionalità! Abbiamo un bimbo di un anno e mezzo e hanno fatto di tutto per riuscire ad assecondare tutte le nostre necessità.
