10/09/2025: I booked a room in their guesthouse, and was greeted very kindly upon check-in at their hotel. Having never been there before, I didn't know they had a restaurant, so I took the opportunity to dine there. As soon as I opened the menu, I was pleasantly surprised, so much so that I immediately complimented the maître d'. The atmosphere is extremely intimate and relaxed, perfect for a romantic dinner. There's no noise inside the room. The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, everything very discreet. I ordered one of their tartare options and a glass of wine. The maître d', noticing I'd ordered an appetizer, offered me a side dish. I chose the grilled vegetables. Without going into technical details that aren't my place, despite my good palate, I ate the best tartare I've ever had. The grilled vegetables were perfect, fresh and lightly seared. I'm not one to write reviews often, but honestly, this one was necessary. I've complimented the staff several times, and I reiterate my compliments publicly. I also thank them for the immense courtesy with which I was treated. I absolutely recommend them.
