We had lunch at this restaurant, which we chose by chance, and it was truly a surprise. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the prices were fair. Highly recommended!

A welcoming restaurant with a medieval vaulted interior, outdoor dining options, and attentive and attentive staff. The manager is present and, unsurprisingly, smiling. But the food, folks, is typical Bergamo fare, with portions of the right amount and quality. I recommend the donkey stew with spectacular Taragna polenta. Prices are reasonable for the location. The location is beautiful, as you can see from the photo, in Piazza Mascheroni at the beginning of Via Colleoni, the "street of beauties." Recommend. Pesenti.

The seating is lovely, right in the middle of the square. The service could be improved. We had three daily specials – okay, but not enough to make us want to come back this evening.
