An old-fashioned trattoria just off the highway, with a kind and attentive owner. The atmosphere is dated, but the food was overall good. Some dishes weren't exactly exciting, others were acceptable. The tortellini and grilled rabbit were good; the broth was flavorful and the rabbit was well-cooked. The bread was different from the usual, unsalted, perhaps a characteristic of the area. The porcini mushroom tagliatelle sauce wasn't the best; I expected nice chunks of fresh porcini mushrooms, given the time of year and the mountainous location. All in all, for a quick stop, it was definitely better than the motorway service station.

Fantastic dinner Excellent homemade first courses and meat-based second courses. The atmosphere was quiet, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return as soon as possible!

If you're looking for a trattoria, this is it. The spartan atmosphere and cleanliness could be improved, but the service staff are friendly and smiling. The food is average. A classic restaurant that grew with the village. If I ever come back, I'll definitely consider it.

In my opinion, truly the best, I have not yet found such an excellent restaurant even within a radius of hundreds of km. Discovered often passing between Bo and Fi now I also go there from Veneto specifically! Located a few km from the panoramic, wonderful views, good air and relaxation. Parking is almost always possible but when it is full you can't find it right away. Those who go to Benilde will always return. Superb home cooking, spectacular ingredients even special in season such as prugnoli, homemade pasta very good and light, everything is delicious. And the second courses? First of all try anything grilled: he is a master in cooking and the meat is of the highest quality, chicken, pork or beef. House wine above average. And don't miss the pizza in the evening in the wood oven, good digestible and with truly excellent ingredients. Highly recommended!

Amazing food especially the meat (Fiorentina), the picci were also very nice.
