3 stars only for the breathtaking location of the rooms overlooking the sea and the proximity to the port. The rest is to be rejected. Breakfast is mediocre. Bathroom in the room is like a two-star guesthouse. Furniture from the 1970s.

Very nice hotel in the center. Superb view from the terrace where you can sip an aperitif in the evening. I would replace the very large air conditioning in the rooms and get these modern ones. Breakfast with delicious cakes and even special croissants. I highly recommend it.

Hotel overlooking the sea and harbor, with reasonably spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Excellent homemade cakes for breakfast, and all the sweet options are delicious. The savory options are less varied.

A truly lovely hotel. The location is very central, just a two-minute walk from the port. The name of the property is truly apt, as it offers breathtaking sea views from a high cliff, and in the evenings you can dine on the terrace overlooking the sea. The staff is friendly and helpful, as well as highly professional. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. As for the restaurant, the dishes are excellent and high-quality, with the option of a daily menu, which is reasonably priced by island standards (€45, including an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert or fruit and water). Overall, we were very satisfied in every way and would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Ponza.

Excellent experience. After a mix-up with the reservation, which can always happen, the manager and owner, Mr. Luigi, made up for it beautifully, exceeding expectations and demonstrating the utmost professionalism and integrity. We will gladly return.
