Everything is absolutely exceptional: from the location (the heart of the stones), to the dishes (very fresh fish and typical dishes with a twist) from the cellar to the cheeses and desserts and why not also to the friendliness of the staff. Absolutely adequate prices. Highly recommended

went on 21 december (saturday) around 8pm good and high quality food. there was a lot of attention to detail for the dishes. the interior of the restaurant was lovely. the server was a sommelier, and the glass of red wine we had was good

I've lived in Matera for a long time and this has become one of my favorite restaurants. Located in the heart of the Sassi of Matera, it is a very cozy restaurant where you find a variety of flavors and dishes. The antipasti, the pasta, the wine, the sweets, all exquisite and of great culinary quality. The owners of the restaurant are truly friendly and always attentive to pleasing the customer's demands. I highly recommend this restaurant to Spanish-speaking vegans visiting Matera. In this restaurant you will eat spectacularly and you will be able to taste the true meaning of Italian food.

An extraordinary culinary experience! In particular, the appetizer and spaghetti with anchovy sauce were an explosion of flavours. The ingredients are of the highest quality, carefully chosen and expertly prepared. Every bite tells a story of gastronomic excellence. The service is impeccable, with attentive, friendly staff always available to recommend the best dishes. A place that deserves to be discovered and appreciated. I can't wait to go back!
