Friendly staff and good service

We stayed one night at Hotel Du Lac and we had a great time. Our room was spacious and overlooking the lake, it had a lovely little balcony which was the perfect setting to have a celebratory drink of prosecco for my husband's birthday. We ate at the restaurant on the first floor and really enjoyed the food. We were looking forward to having a drink on the roof top bar but unfortunately due to a thunderstorm that night it was closed. All the staff we encountered were all very nice and helpful. We booked a space on their garage as parking in Bellagio is near impossible. Driving to Bellagio from Como is not for the faint hearted as is driving through Bellagio to get to the hotel to offload your luggage. The "main" road is very narrow with tourists walking both side of you so you have to be extra careful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Hotel Du Lac is on our list of hotels to revisit on a future visit to Lake Como.

Stayed at the Hotel Du Lac for 3 nights and it was fabulous. We had a Prestige room with a balcony on the 4th floor overlooking the lake and it was stunning. It had a large comfortable king size bed and large shower. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous and Graziano At the front desk could not have been more helpful. Two of the days we were able to book the spa for an hour, which was never crowded and two nights we booked the rooftop bar to watch the sunset. The staff at the bar restaurant and especially. Brunella always made sure that she found a seat for us even when it is crowded. There is separate seating in the bar area that is for hotel guest only which was a big plus when it was very hot out and there was a long line to get into the restaurant, We also rented a parking spot which was a few blocks away but were able to pull up in front of the hotel and park for 20 minutes while we unloaded our luggage. However, just be aware that driving through the town to get to the hotel with the crowded street was not an easy task. As far as I’m concerned, this is a five star hotel all the way around

Absolutely Love our rooms : 73 & then 5 which has Gorgeous large balcony

We ordered the Osso Buco and Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was very good and the restaurant has a nice view of the lake. The Osso Bucu was a disaster. There was more fat and grizzle than meat. Our waiter was very pleasant and the service was quick. We had average tiramisu for dessert. I recommend that you avoid this restaurant.

We stopped in early morning on a rainy day before most shops were open. Had omelettes that were quite good and a nice big cappuccino and hot chocolates that were also nice. Friendly staff, clean facilities. Recommend.

At the heart of Bellagio, literally a few steps from the port, lovely staff and very comfortable rooms.

Hotel with a lot of charm, very good and friendly service, incomparable views, highly recommended!!
