I chose this restaurant partly because of previous reviews and because I was curious about the village. What can I say? We were all pleasantly satisfied. We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Rosario, and the staff, who were friendly and eager to accommodate our every request. There were 20 of us, everything was on time, and the food was delicious, from appetizers to dessert; the black cherry liqueur was also delicious. The restaurant is simple and welcoming, with a family atmosphere. I highly recommend it for its authentic food and excellent value. We'll be back soon.

Beautiful atmosphere. Local menu. Wide selection of traditional dishes. A must for cotechino lovers. Excellent appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Truly excellent cuisine. I recommend it and will return to try more.

This is exactly what you imagine a restaurant in the Italian countryside to be like. Local, homemade cuisine. The full menu is a must. The Beatrice antipasti is a perfect start, and of course, we also had Caprese. The Cavatelli al Arrabiata pasta had a very good sauce and, since we shared it, was served on two plates. The main course was a previously unknown dish, filled with pancetta d'agnello, and we're not sure what this delicious dish consisted of. The caciocavallo with cotechino was excellent and nicely crispy. The millefoglie dessert was a bit too sweet and had too much strawberry sauce, but the tiramisu in a glass passed the test with a very good rating.
Be sure to make a reservation in advance; you'll have to queue after 9 p.m.

A warm and welcoming place. As soon as you enter, you smell delicious food, thanks to the oven at the entrance, which radiates and retains heat, releasing a scent of wheat. Tonight's menu featured a mixed grill with side dishes. Carefully and without too much fuss, the meats (all white) were flavorful and tender. The roast potatoes were perfectly seasoned, with the porcini mushrooms on a separate plate so as not to overwhelm them. An excellent house Aglianico, all wrapped up in a village that evokes times gone by and preserves its details well. Congratulations!!

What does it mean to be from Irpinia? Come by and you'll find out. This rustic, family-run restaurant welcomes you with the kindness and cheerfulness of its staff, and serves traditional Irpinia food of the highest quality. I was there for lunch on August 15th. The service was excellent and the food exquisite. I highly recommend the cavatelli all'arrabbiata with cotechino ragù, which are simply delicious. There's also a wide selection of wines and their own desserts. Everything was perfect, congratulations!
