I am in Florence for 4 days and I went there for 3 times. Absolutely authentic Chinese cuisine. Fresh. Big portion and tasty. Some of the dishes are even really original. Tripe, Chinese cold cuts, dumplings, tofu, bacon with chili sauce, eggplant, green beans. Rabbit sautéed with chilli … all the dishes I had was AMAIZING! It is worth a five star! Authentic Chinese cuisine restaurant. Really delicious dishes! If you don't like spicy you can ask to reduce the dose, but the flavors are truly fantastic. I ordered the Kunpao chicken with cashew peppers, bamboo and pepper, and the ravioli. Truly a surprise! I will definitely come back. I recommend it to all fans of Chinese cuisine.

Particular experience, which turned out to be extremely pleasant. In Florence with a friend of mine, she sees the doors of this restaurant and decides to enter, in what we thought was a normal Chinese restaurant, so that we could finish our trip to the city in the best possible way after binging on Tuscan food. The system is based on huǒguō, the Hotpot, a cooking method that is not present here in Genoa (our city). The initial result was Fantozzian, starting from the fact that I put on my apron so as not to get dirty (kindly given by the staff, a clean garment suitable for all heights, being almost two metres) inside out, but details, we are explained how you order the food and that it is NOT cooked, but we will make it, also choosing the broth to put into the pot that will be prepared by the chefs. The food is really good and having tried a new cooking system allowed us to discover something new, a factor which in the world of holidays is something extremely important Ps: The food is REALLY spicy, be careful, I say this as a person who doesn't particularly like these types of flavors and who tasted it without conscience.

I traveled to Florence from Germany and came to this restaurant to taste Sichuan cuisine after seeing recommendations from netizens. After eating it for the first time, I decided to come again the next day. Sichuan food tastes very authentic! The taste is more authentic than the Sichuan restaurants I have tried in Germany and other places in Europe! The landlady is very hospitable and very good in every aspect. Full marks!
