It's a mountain place where you feel like you're a kid again, eating with your grandparents. The restaurant is typical of the 1960s (more or less), and the good, traditional cuisine reigns supreme. If you like this type of restaurant, it's a must-see. We had a great time, and it's excellent value for money.

Typical Valtrompia cuisine made with care at reasonable prices. The girl who served us was very kind and explained how they make their own cured meats. We will return.

In this small town full of restaurants, I stumbled upon Bianchi by chance. The setting is reminiscent of an old trattoria. Family-run, very kind and helpful. I felt right at home. The dishes are simple but well-prepared. Their cured meats with onions, eggplant, and peppers were excellent. A trio of first courses: delicious risotto and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Casoncelli are different from the lower Brescia area, with pasta a bit too thick. The grilled cheese and tiramisu are delicious. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended and I'll definitely return. Wonderful scenery. Returned in fall 2025 for the porcini mushroom menu: risotto, tagliatelle, and fried dishes. The best.

The cuisine is incredibly homely, and at times it feels like being at home, so much so that the owner is often happy to prepare any dish you request. When we asked for a dessert, we asked if they had a blueberry tart, and they did. Only at the end did we realize they had it ready in record time. Excellent value. Reservations recommended.

Had lunch with my wife and mother-in-law during the week of August 15th. The food was excellent (malfatti, tagliatelle with mushrooms, veal ribs) and the service was friendly and courteous. They also took great care of my wife's lactose intolerance. The price was excellent considering what we ate and drank. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.
