The food is excellent, very fresh and well-cooked, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, especially Mr. Salvatore. I recommend it to everyone.

We came for dinner accidentally as restaurant that we planned to visit has been closed. Service was brilliant and food really tasty, maybe that was the destiny as we've enjoyed our time and would definitely come back in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and delicious meal ☺️

At the side of the piazza outside the mediæval Aragonese Porta Nolana. There is a local, faintly workaday (this is Naples and not the relatively expensive Chiaia area of the city after all) but unthreatening, atmosphere. The waiting staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. And have adequate English for those who don't have Neapolitan Italian. The dining area is in a kind of spacious tented plastic conservatory, but adequately warm even on a very wet November night. I expect it is alfresco in the hot weather. As well as the usual pizzas the menu has delicious, imaginative, and fairly-priced seafood. The local fish-market is nearby, which is always a good sign for piscivores, but not a problem even for the hypersensitive. And there is a wide range of pasticceria confections for dessert. There were none of the delays, service issues (or insects) other reviewers have mentioned. I'm not sure why anyone would need warning about a 3 euro coperta either, unless they were completely unfamiliar with Italian restaurants. There is no reason other than wider exploration that I wouldn't go back.

But truly special.... We were welcomed with kindness and very friendly professionalism by Mrs. Domenica, who offered us an excellent choice for our dinner. We will be back as soon as possible.

This pizzeria and bar is located not far from Naples train station, with an outdoor veranda. Walking down the main street, we immediately noticed some large desserts (compared to those in my region) that looked very good. This time, appearances were not deceiving; the breakfast was delicious. Very fresh products, light desserts, and cream that wasn't sickening. The atmosphere was fairly clean, but it was run by people who I would call "strange" and quite arrogant/rude. As soon as we entered, we waited a bit to order (at the counter) even though there was no one there. The bartenders were talking to each other in a really rude way... But the best and worst part came when we were served... They made us sit down, and at the same time we were served, we were given a receipt (not a fiscal one) (let's ignore it) with the bartender/waiter demanding immediate payment... I'm speechless... Otherwise, the food seemed good, and the prices were in line... If I were to return to Naples, I might give it another chance.

I have to say that it is a very good place to eat, the service we received was very good and the food was delicious, I ordered a sel doa dish suggested by the waiter and it was truly delicious, if you are very hungry, this is the place!... the wine was delicious and they were very kind with the service... NOTE: throughout Italy there is a legal charge that ALL RESTAURANTS charge for the use of maintenance, utensils, etc... so do not complain about any restaurant in Italy because I looked for what that charge was due to and it is basically that, so there is no problem!... I say this because I saw some comments complaining about that charge and I think they did not investigate what it was due to.

Kind, helpful staff, maximum attention, great food.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. We ordered lasagna, which was truly delicious, and I can't fault the food. The waiter was incredibly nice and genuinely cared about the customer's well-being. Things only got awkward when we were finally paying. He informed us that the coperto added to the bill wasn't the same as a service tip, and if we wanted to give one, we had to pay cash. The waiter said we didn't have to add it, of course, and that there was no problem with that. We replied that unfortunately, we didn't have cash to tip him, and if we could somehow manage it with a card, we'd be happy to add something, because the waiter really did go over our heads while serving and took care of us. The waiter replied that it wasn't possible, and that we should just pay for the meal by card. We confirmed, and the waiter's smile immediately vanished. It was really obvious he was annoyed with us for not getting a tip. He didn't even look at us when we were escorted to the terminal, nor did he say goodbye. I've never seen someone so upset about not getting a tip. It's a strange rule that you can't add a tip to your card, and I don't understand why they even say we don't have to pay, and he understands.

We had dinner our first night in Naples, it was close to the apartment, food and service were good, we ordered lasagna and pasta and everything was very good, the price of the bottle from what I see is extended across all the bars, it is a common practice and paying for the service is the same.

This is my second time ordering pizza at this pizzeria-trattoria, and I have to say I still enjoyed it. The fact that it's open almost all day makes it a convenient choice. The area isn't the best, and it's not the ideal place to go in the evening, but for the pizza, it's definitely worth a visit. The prices are slightly higher than other nearby pizzerias, but the staff is friendly and the service is quick.
