If you're looking for a proper carne salada, this is the place. We tried it both raw and cooked, and it was truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of those places where you can't make a bad impression if you bring someone for lunch or dinner. The menu is now well-established, and you know you can only find carne salada like this here. Both raw and cooked. Highly recommended, and reservations are highly recommended. The atmosphere isn't the best if you're looking for a quiet place; the place is often crowded, with long lines waiting for a table, but it's clearly worth it.

Refined, elegant, clean, and meticulously maintained atmosphere. Excellent, high-quality food: fresh, expertly cooked, and perfectly presented. The delightfully courteous staff welcomes you with a big smile and immediately makes you the center of attention. The price is more than fair and reasonable given the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail.

As usual, we ordered cooked and raw carne salada, which is Rita's signature dish.
But the other dishes are also worth it.
Good value for money, attentive and courteous staff.

Piatti tipici superlativi: la carne salata di loro produzione eccezionale. Abbiamo preso un antipasto della casa, canederli burro e salvia, tagliatelle all’uovo fatte in casa con ragù di selvaggina, il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino locale.

Came here for lunch after visiting the waterfall, it was busy but not heaving. Ordered pizzas as that’s all the kitchen were able to serve as it was apparently so busy, two came and then we had to prompt them for the last one as they’d messed up the order. Servers were polite and fixed the mistake. Pizzas were pretty good. Convenient location
