Ristorante Bar del Santuario In Graglia

Percorrendo il cammino di Oropa, la seconda tappa termina a Graglia: è quasi obbligatorio cenare al ristorante del santuario (se se riesce a trovare posto, gli ambienti sono grandi ma l'affollamento è tanto, prenotate...) che propone il menù del cammino a 15 Euro, oppure 20 Euro aggiungendo il secondo, bevande comprese... Prezzi che non si trovano più! Si entra tutti insieme alle 20 e l'inizio cena è un po' macchinoso, ma i camerieri sono davvero tanti ed i piatti arrivano abbastanza velocemente. Quattro antipasti, un primo ed un dolce (l'unica portata che bisogna scegliere), con acqua, vino e caffè compresi e con bis offerti per ogni piatto. Qualità buona, quantità più che adeguate, prezzi ottimi, servizio ok: cosa c'è di meglio?

Restaurant attached to the beautiful Graglia Sanctuary, chosen on the occasion of our Oropa walk. The service was very efficient and the waitresses really kind. The evocative environment inside a large refectory hall of the sanctuary. We chose the pilgrim's menu including appetizers, a first course, a dessert, water, wine and coffee for a total of 16 euros per person. Everything was really very good and the portions really generous. I also want to underline how a well-structured alternative menu was provided for my vegan wife! I also highly recommend it for the truly family environment.

Tutto buonissimo, abbondante e servito da personale gentilissimo. Unica pecca, a nostro parere, è quella relativa all' orario in cui viene servita la cena....il salone ha aperto alle 20 ma ora che abbiamo iniziato a mangiare erano le 20.40 e avendo camminato tutto il giorno eravamo avremmo preferito mangiare un oretta prima per poter andare a riposare.

I went with a group of people to the bean feast on Shrove Tuesday, even though the restaurant was packed, I have to say that the organization of the service was impeccable, and the quality of the food was excellent.

Simple but well cooked food. The fixed price menu is always valid. The lasagna is unmissable! The dining room is decidedly special.

Very beautiful place, a terrace overlooking Biella with a beautiful sanctuary that has nothing to envy of Oropa. Spacious restaurant rooms with frescoed ceilings and amazing chandeliers. Friendly and efficient staff. Menu in two variations 4 starters, 1 first course, dessert, coffee, water and wine included for €16 or with second course and side dish for €20. Fixed menu... that's there and that's what you eat. Good quality and they go on to do an encore. The meal is relaxed and it is best to book, otherwise you risk not finding a seat.
