Ristorante Bar del Santuario In Graglia

Very beautiful place, a terrace overlooking Biella with a beautiful sanctuary that has nothing to envy of Oropa. Spacious restaurant rooms with frescoed ceilings and amazing chandeliers. Friendly and efficient staff. Menu in two variations 4 starters, 1 first course, dessert, coffee, water and wine included for €16 or with second course and side dish for €20. Fixed menu... that's there and that's what you eat. Good quality and they go on to do an encore. The meal is relaxed and it is best to book, otherwise you risk not finding a seat.

We were guests of friends for the first time. Nice place, excellent food, very plentiful and the girls who served us were very nice and kind. Well done...we will definitely be back because it's worth it. ❤❤

I had lunch here for the first time in the summer of 2024, on the last day of vacation and ate a fixed price menu by reserving a seat. I asked for a generous portion of pasta with tomato sauce (which was not the first on the fixed menu) and they satisfied me completely. The second course was the vitello tonnato (or magatello). My luck was that while chatting with my table neighbors they explained to me that Thursday was the day reserved for Panissa. With the desire to try the Vercelli panissa, I left the Santuario restaurant, promising myself to return for lunch as soon as possible. And so I did. Today Thursday 16 January 2025 I went up to the Graglia Sanctuary to try the Panissa Vercellese (I had already tasted the Panisia Novarese). What can I say❓️ It was all pleasant. First of all it should be specified that I booked the day before. Once I reach the restaurant they invite me to sit in the lounge but after a few moments the owner tells me that she is preparing in the lounge... I move there and order, having both the fixed menu (for €13...) and the à la carte menu brought to me. ...I will finish the review at a later time...

Excellent food at a more than popular price

Eccellenza pura. Cibo ottimo, locale molto bello come si vede anche dalle foto. Gli antipasti piemontesi (lardo e castagne, vitello tonnato) sono veramente notevoli. La polenta cuncia (quando c''e, il menu lo fa il ristorante come giusto) ottima. Consigliabile !

Avevo gia' visto il locale dal di fuori in altre visite al Santuario ma solo oggi - spinta dai commenti positivi di amici e dalle recensioni - ho prenotato e sono entrata!! Locali di altri tempi e ben conservati. Menu' con sufficiente scelta. Porzioni abbondanti. Piatti genuini e della tradizione. Personale gentile...qualche piccolo ritardo ma il locale era al completo!! Buono il rapporto qualita' prezzo. Una piacevole scoperta e sorpresa.
