I can't understand how this restaurant only has 4 stars. Simply fantastic food, truly rustic and local. Excellent starter: cured meats and a slice of super seasoned pecorino. I would avoid the crouton with the truffle sauce: the crouton was like the granetto della buitoni and the sauce in short. But the rest excellent. Then we had the Tagliolini with sheep ragù: amazing stuff. The pasta was excellent and the sheep had a light aftertaste, excellent. The ragù made with the sweet tomatoes from these parts. Excellent!! And finally we managed to eat CASTARATO kebabs as Christ commands!! Juicy, soft. Extraordinary. We have been in the area for three days: in another restaurant they had the courage to offer us lamb roasts. How sad. Long live places like this. It was busy and the service was a little slow. Who cares!! We had a great time in complete relaxation. Thank you.

The classic place that hides... and that you would never expect to eat very well there!!! I highly recommend, homemade cuisine!!! Excellent service, very kind, smiling and helpful.
