The first courses are delicious and genuine, portions are not stingy. The second courses are excellent and the meat is very tender. The service is attentive and fast. The incredible price for the quality of the food. Compliments.

C'était super ! L'atmosphère est amicale, les arrosticini sont excellents. Je vous conseille de visiter ce restaurant et goûter la cuisine locale.

I can't understand how this restaurant only has 4 stars. Simply fantastic food, truly rustic and local. Excellent starter: cured meats and a slice of super seasoned pecorino. I would avoid the crouton with the truffle sauce: the crouton was like the granetto della buitoni and the sauce in short. But the rest excellent. Then we had the Tagliolini with sheep ragù: amazing stuff. The pasta was excellent and the sheep had a light aftertaste, excellent. The ragù made with the sweet tomatoes from these parts. Excellent!! And finally we managed to eat CASTARATO kebabs as Christ commands!! Juicy, soft. Extraordinary. We have been in the area for three days: in another restaurant they had the courage to offer us lamb roasts. How sad. Long live places like this. It was busy and the service was a little slow. Who cares!! We had a great time in complete relaxation. Thank you.

11/12/2024: I was here with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. We were in Sulmona for a tour and I was looking for an authentic, informal place where you could eat well. Many choices of pasta (the most popular is the carbonara). We opted for wild boar ragù (ni) and artichokes and sausage (super). Generous portions and possibility to choose type of pasta, fresh or dry. I also had a hamburger (honestly one of the best I've eaten in my life). I would stay here again!
17/11/2024: I had a solo lunch here in early November. The wine and the pasta (ragù di cinghiale) were good, but not as good as some other places. The restaurant is located on a side street and has some outdoor tables, which were very pleasant.

02/01/2025: We ate there for Christmas lunch and the menu was perfect, plentiful dishes and very good food!
15/12/2024: Welcoming, beautiful, elegant structure and everything looked after and clean down to the smallest detail. The location is useful, because everything can be easily reached in a matter of minutes, and then, from the bedroom window you can see the mountain😊The room is not a room, but a suite, complete with fireplace, sofa, coffee table and furnished with lots of taste. There is the possibility of having lunch/dinner or breakfast on site and the food is zero km, genuine, typical products and cooked in a sublime way, mouth-watering. I haven't had dinner like this in a while! The managers are super friendly, welcoming and non-intrusive. Last but not least, surprisingly modest prices, no intention of profiting, but only the pleasure of welcoming and sharing. We hope to return soon, perhaps in spring, for a nice ride in the nearby Majella park. Thanks again and congratulations! Andrea Cacciatore and Ada De Cillis
