Unfortunately I did not find this restaurant noteworthy. In my opinion mediocre food, very slow and disorganized service, price too high for the quality of the food.

Il Cavallino: a culinary jewel in Tu vezza d'Oglio! ️ I had the pleasure of dining at Cavallino and I was enchanted! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, just like a trattoria of the past. The owner, Matteo, is an exquisite person: kind, helpful and with a contagious friendliness that immediately puts you at ease. But let's get to the food: a real explosion of flavors! I tasted the typical dishes of Camunian cuisine and was surprised by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Every bite was a journey into taste, an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a place to taste real local cuisine, in a familiar and convivial environment, the Cavallino is the right place for you! Highly recommended!

The *Cavallino Tù Restaurant* offers an authentic and welcoming gastronomic experience, with typical cuisine that enhances local flavours. The environment is rustic and intimate, perfect for a dinner with family or friends. The dishes, such as *porcini mushroom risotto*, *homemade cappelletti*, *braised in Barolo* and *casoncelli*, a typical traditional stuffed pasta, are prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The *owner Matteo*, always professional and welcoming, helps to create a warm and familiar atmosphere, making every customer feel at home. The service is friendly and attentive, and the selection of local wines along with desserts, such as *homemade tiramisu*, complete the experience. A restaurant that knows how to conquer the heart and the palate, absolutely worth trying.

The restaurant environment is undoubtedly rustic and welcoming, perfect for those looking for a simple and traditional atmosphere. However, the service leaves something to be desired: upon arrival we were not greeted by anyone, and we waited about ten minutes before anyone noticed us. This initial aspect created a certain feeling of disorganization. Moving on to food, however, the level definitely changes. The dishes are of high quality and well prepared, even if with some small flaws. The horse steak, for example, was good but slightly nervous. The Chianina burger, however, was tasty and well cooked, a real delight. The gnocchi with butter and melted cheese were simple but delicious, perfect comfort food. The tagliatelle with ragù tasted great, but the seasoning was a little sparse compared to the pasta, creating a less balanced dish than expected. Overall, the restaurant has enormous potential thanks to the quality of the cuisine, but it should work on the welcome and on some details to offer a truly memorable experience.

It is now my habit to dine at Cavallino di Tu every time I come to Vezza, so I really appreciate the food and the service. I would like to point out something very important to me: whatever I ate at the Cavallino, I never had digestion problems (which unfortunately sometimes happens to me in other situations). So congratulations for the use of excellent quality raw materials and for the preparation of the dishes. Mythical lady Antonietta! Great Matteo!

Stare a tavola a gustare del buon cibo è uno dei migliori piaceri della vita; se si condivide con gli amici e parenti il momento diventa ancora più bello e felice e se poi si decide di andare al ristorante o meglio IL RISTORANTE “il Cavallino “tutto diventa superlativo !! Ottimo cibo con tanta scelta dai tipici “casonsei” al risotto con mirtilli e mele, agli antipasti di affettati e formaggi, alla carne, ai dolci, tutto molto buono e preparato con amore da 2 persone speciali, Antonietta e Matteo( proprietari) … e per finire dalla terrazza del ristorante puoi godere di un bellissimo panorama, il monte Baitone, qualcuno diceva certi luoghi non si guardano soltanto. Si respirano con l’anima Favoloso 🔝voto 10 e lode 😉

We love this place! The service is out of the ordinary, the owner makes you feel right at home. The food is tasty and comforting, and the view is magnificent.
