It is now my habit to dine at Cavallino di Tu every time I come to Vezza, so I really appreciate the food and the service. I would like to point out something very important to me: whatever I ate at the Cavallino, I never had digestion problems (which unfortunately sometimes happens to me in other situations). Siamo stati in questo ristorante a cena e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Matteo, il proprietario, e la mamma ti fanno sentire accolto e coccolato come a casa, tutti i prodotti sono a km0 e la qualità nei piatti si sente. Abbiamo mangiato i tipici casoncelli ottimi e abbondanti, e i gnocchetti con burro e salvia e formaggio del luogo, davvero squisiti. Come secondo abbiamo preso il gulasch di cervo da leccarsi i baffi. Prezzi in linea con gli altri posti. Location molto carina e romantica.
